Dave Umahi should dualize the Enugu - Abakaliki Expressway (from the Port Harcourt junction to Ebonyi State) I totally understand what that woman is saying. If I go to a shop to buy something and I see a dusty item, I will assume it's an old product. I will ask them to bring another one or go elsewhere to buy it.

Why open drainages?. Side of the road at back of gutter need carpet grasses or interlock. I don't know why governors of south east are dragging us backward as if they don't travel to countries with good environment
