Kudos to President Muhammadu Buhari for his uninterferance action on electoral processes. It was seen how his party, APC, lost Oyo State in 2019, even Ajimobi, the incubent governor senatorial bid, and the same thing in Osun and others without the show of the Federal might. That makes him better than Obasanjo and it's one of the sign of a true righteousness. I hope subsequent presidents will be able to follow suit.

The reason is that I can get accredited and not wait to vote may be due to some circumstances. The number of cast votes on form EC8A (both valid and invalid) must not be more than the accredited on BVAS. And by the law BVAS is the only accepted module for accreditation. Check the new electoral Act 2022

I am a Nigerian with American dual citizenship and sometimes I conclude that it may not be well with Nigeria. That is not a curse on my nation of birth but the Nigerian system is ever consciously, intentionally, and deliberately working against the soul of the nation. TVC presents a number of biased “journalists” who are sympathisers of failed APC. I cannot say that ARISE is biased towards PDP/LP but criticism of failed APC and emergence of a frail APC presidential candidate may appear to be favouring others. Why not count only voted captured or cleared by BVAS and cancel those that was not captured and award winner than cancelling the entire votes, the law should be amended
Unfortunately, the law is clear on issue of overvoting. Wherever there is overvoting the election there will be cancelled. It is hight time the political parties learn to play the game by the rules.
