Heard the song a lot already and love it, particularly the way Lucy sings the word” 0:15 yesterday” twice so operatically. When the song 1st came out it was only Lucy’s image on a record cover. This is what I’ve waited for for weeks. Beautiful performance but Lucy’s voice shines and I also love her verse at about the 3 min mark. Nice description Mr. King
The character Rosie was a real woman, an Irish chorus girl who fell in love with a Marquis. The family and friends of the Marquis tried to separate them but true love won through and they married.
These is great reacts. How enchanting there beautiful vocals of the two compliments each other voices it's so emotional listening to this beautiful song.
Will has performed almost exclusively in musicals (Les Miserables etc) whereas Lucy has a broader range of recording to date, which explains the way their voices come over. But no-one can deny that they sound good together!

I do not know but I think they are well suited together. they met and sang together 5 years ago they met on a TV Show the voice kids, then they made a song together " Shall We Have This Dance " it is on Lucy's TH-cam channel you need to watch it so good. Lucy and Will met on the The Voice Kids in 2018, and both were spotted by Chris Broom. Lucy and Will have done other earlier duets and have been friends since The Voice. Private lives are just that so unknown if they are dating and it doesn’t matter, for their singing. But understand Rosie is about a romance and so is the song, so there should be an element of chemistry in it, at least at an acting level. 😉 Rosie will open in the autumn fall as a stage concert, and it is hoped to open as the full stage production in 2025.
Not to give any private information in this forum but just to say I overheard a conversation that Will is not on the scene, but someone else was with her on Tuesday.

Lucy and Will have been good friends since they were on the Voice Kids, after they were eliminated in the semi-final, Lucy was signed by Cavendish Records, of course Chris Broom saw his Rosie, even when Lucy was still 13 ,then Lucy recorded the first of the Rosie songs, One Day ,shortly after Lucy asked Will if he would like to sing Can i have this Dance ,from High School Musical with her ,of course he would've jumped at the chance i would think,Dennis i think you should react to that first song and see what great chemistry they had even then

Lucy shed her British accent for the most part, but you can still hear an occasional word. I noticed that Will has a bit more accent. They still sound wonderful together. They have a couple of other songs together, one when Lucy was 14 after the Voice Kids. Waiting on my copy of the Rosie CD due any week now. Thanks for supporting Lucy.

These two met on 'The voice kids'they reached the semi-finals!,since then they have stayed in touch,i don't believe they are romantically involved,i don't think Lucy has the time with all that she is doing,anyway knowbody's good enough for her!😅

Not to offend anyone, Will has a good voice, but after listening to this a half dozen times, I think Lucy out sang him, her voice is much more pure, just better in my opinion.
@jeffkooistra264 The only voice I've ever heard that pairs with Lucy (seriously) is Martha. To find a male voice now is going to take some looking. Her voice keeps getting better with each new song. It's crazy.

Will is a fine singer, but this sounds like a human singing a duet with an angel.

I believe Lucy is about 5'4" in height, Will Callan is 6'1" I think.
We don't know if they're dating. Unlikely as Will is in London in Les mis and Lucy is miles away in The north or england
