I was listening to your review on the r11 metas and this one simultaneously and I really don't hear a big difference between the two. Especially twice the price difference. Is there a difference between the two listening to them in person?
Yeah there's something wrong with this setup. I suspect the room is playing a part and the mic setup is way too high above the listening position, you can see the tweeters are so much lower than the recording height. I have the R7's and they don't sound tinny at all and much more in focus than this recording setup.
