I’m happy to have stumbled upon a detailed English review of Striplac. As you said, most of the reviews were in German. It is such a good brand. I used to own the previous version which uses a base coat and requires UV/LED lamp. I have latest version and I’m very pleased that they now just use LED lamp and they eliminated the need for a base coat! The application, lasting power, and removal has significantly improved! I am surprised why this is not much known outside of Germany/Austria. It’s so good! I just wish they’d come up with interesting colors like holos/chrones instead of just the usual cremes/shimmers/glitters. Thanks, again!

Hey, thanks for this kind comment 😊 I am also still very pleased with the ease of use and how well and long it lasts. I am very boring regarding the colors, so I am satisfied with the options they offer, but I do get that some might need some more options. I hope that they will release some more in the future 😄

Do you always use color without base as you do at the end ? I'd like to try Striplac but I wonder if I can buy only colors without base and top ?

Hey, thank you for the kind words 🥰 I never use a base, as it seems unnecessary to me. But I do have the feeling that the top coat helps to make the nail polish last way longer. It also makes it looks better 😊

I always remove it after two weeks as my nails grow too long and I prefer them short 😊
