Because I've recently seen some scholars saying that some kind of bets are halal if we are sure 100% to be right, taking their sources from this event, they say this kind of bet is halal, even if there is a possible gain. I wanted to know your opinions on the matter, as it is a dangerous one, because making something that is haram to something halal under conditions is extrememly dangerous, and people who know not much about Sharia could be tempted to give credit to it. Please if you give an answer quickly it will benefit to everyone here.

Pick a day and time on a weekly basis to go visit the muslims in your community and invite them to come to the masjid for a reminder that encourages them to come to the masjid, the rewards of coming to the masjid, the rewards of salat in jammat and warning for abandoning the masjids. And Allah swa knows best.

I have an urging question, about the bet of camels that Abu Bakr (RA) have made about the victory of Rum upon Persians.
Because I've recently seen some scholars saying that some kind of bets are halal if we are sure 100% to be right, taking their sources from this event, they say this kind of bet is halal, even if there is a possible gain.
I wanted to know your opinions on the matter, as it is a dangerous one, because making something that is haram to something halal under conditions is extrememly dangerous, and people who know not much about Sharia could be tempted to give credit to it.
Please if you give an answer quickly it will benefit to everyone here.
