Hi chef, your friend rightly said that they ummmmm... prawns. Made it today and they came up really well. That coarsely ground masala in the dish is a highlight. Superb and lip smackingly good and easy to prepare at the same time.

Hi I dont want the shrimp to be spicy....so can I add very few chilly flakes in the prawns instead of green chillies because I or my family are not used to spicy food but the thing is we love this dish so can I use chilly flakes as alternate or may be I can completely avoid chillies and use something else just let me know I am expecting a reply from vah reh vah team.. I want the prawns to have no spice at all because we r a little allergic

SOMBOL , although our chef sanjay is a great chef , most of his punches and advice is lost in translation because maybe cooking is his greatest strength , his command over spoken english leaves much room for improvement , heeeee , but he is a real sweetheart and a tru blue food lover , dont wth him :-) , he is a sweet chap , providing a great service to all of us . hats off Sanjaybhai , keep up the good work .
