- In this video, I talk a little bit about my approach to roster-building in Marvel Crisis Protocol, specifically centered around the Web Warriors (although I do also cover some general methodologies as well that can be adapted to any affiliation).

Excellent video!! I wish there were more in-depth affiliation videos like this on TH-cam.
I'm mainly a Spider-Foes player myself and I've found it can be tough to find advice that this in-depth and all in one place 😊
The challenge is this game is so dynamic and constantly changing that it's very hard to be "relevant" when the "meta" constantly shifts. Even this video is a little out of date now with the new crises; realistically I think a lot of the better videos will tend to cover the game in broad concepts and focus less on the nitty gritty.
Awesome video! Did you incorporate Agent Venom and/or Spider-woman in your roster now?
Spider Woman yes, because of her mobility, stealth, as well as Interrogate. Agent Venom is a little harder largely because I prefer what Venom brings to my team (bodyguard, durable bruiser, more web pulls), plus I start running out of points once I've taken Amazing Spiderman, Miles Morales, Ghost Spider, and Spider-Woman (already 15).
I like video. I would suggest four point model vision. Helps hold line. Helps in scrum with blast. And falls under your “good guys” list.
I say this a guardian player. Match up vs web warriors I normally like.
An excellent suggestion! Vision is definitely a great model to fit into many affiliations; I just don't own the core set and thus don't own the model so I never think to use it! :D
@@JohnathanHo good news is he isn’t in core set.
@@mattlengacher8811 oh snap you are correct! I guess I know which pack I'm picking up next after I finish my Heresy army...and commissions...and A-Force backlog... :D
@@JohnathanHo at time I bought the pack for a tactic card I believe. Vision has become very useful. I still think winter guard is garbage.
Thanks for the video! Newbie here. One question: I can’t find the company of the daredevil at the back , is it from mcp or 3d print?
these look amazing as always. One thing, what daredevil is that in the back there as freakin sick!
It's a 3d-print from Malix Designs. The original figure is supposed to be a display figurine printed at a larger scale, but it still holds up when scaled down to 40mm size, and I use it as my alternative model since I'm not a huge fan of the official DD figure (and how flimsy/fragile that baton rope is).
Thanks for the video. New to the game and Web Warriors has been an affiliation I wanted to try and build up first. I should probably get Amazing Spider-Man.
I love your Miles. How'd you do the jacket? I'm new to the hobby, and probably gonna keep him basic for now (whenever my paints arrive), but I dig the jacket look.
It's sculpted; combination of brown stuff for the support structure since it's fairly stiff, and then milliput on top for the detailing.
@@JohnathanHo Thanks. really dope stuff
