How is kernel allowed to do 2 ground slams and then do an undodgeable move after that. Why is command circuit allowed to do 2 screen clearing "get under my hands" attacks in a row with almost no pause in between.
I don't like this boss very much..

Kernel's grapples are, in fact, very dodgeable, and the laser has a pretty significant tell and a delay before it actually deals damage.

You need to collect health upgrades found in certain maps, I recommend the collector's hub's video they show where they are along with the energy upgrades
