Exactly... and if they would have locked his ass up when they should have those children would still be alive as well. He murdered both of them with a hatchet and then himself blowing up the house with all 3 inside about 2 years ago, yeah the family got 50 million for wrongful death but that doesn't bring her or those children back, and don't even get me started on that 911 operator when he was about to kill those children, he was just as much at fault as anyone else.
Yes. There have been many convicted on less and those beautiful boys would still be alive. And be being raised by susans parents and I believe being well taken care of. The system should be embarrassed and the prosecutor who pussed out on prosecuting this case should find a different line of work. I see enough probable cause with the neighbor talking about the food and people saying he never did that making hers separate and the boys saying she went camping but didn't come back and josh lying about her phone and making fake calls to it.....I think that's def enough for a warrant to arrest him. Idk. It's just an upsetting case. Something about Josh just makes me angry. He's a skinny punk with an ego that comes from thin air cuz hes def not all that, who married well above his station, and had to knock his wife out to kill her because I think she def would have done some damage to his scrawny ass if she was awake. I am not much for religion but in this case I really hope he's burning in hell. And I hope susan is with her little angels happy and safe.

@@chepa8869 we all know he did, and if there was any doubt, he removed it when he went after his babies with a hatchet. The problem is the district attorney at the time refused to file charges against Josh. I think he should look for a different line of work if he honesty felt like he couldn't get a conviction! The whole thing was ridiculous. And now there are dead kids too. If he would have prosecuted Josh they would be alive....and that's the worst part of it all!
Don't forget molesters and pedos get a slap on the wrist from the "system".
What kind of man buys a million dollar life insurance policy on her instead of having a million dollar policy on himself, In case his wife and 2 children were left without him. Pay attention ladies and gentlemen. If someone shows you who they are, believe them. especially if there is a huge amount of money to be paid in case of your death

Utah seems to be the worst place to live for good people actually. So many cases where law enforcement performs beyond pathetic and justice system fails the victims. Depressing.

He knew his kid told the detectives what happened. He knew his kids were a liability. Sad that the detectives didn't care about the kids. She met him at 18 and young love is not always young love. At 18 you don't really understand the difference between love and control.
Really hard to watch her documenting everything. The handwritten letter. Makes me cry. Why aren’t our women safe? It’s a devastating global problem. Yes I know men are sufferers of domestic abuse also. I’m just so sad seeing wife after wife after wife end up like this.
I really hope they find Susan’s body. She deserves to rest alongside her boys.

This is a very sad story.
For this young mother being murdered, her two boys, her family and friends.
They are all dead now, sack of💩Josh killed himself after murdering both his children with a hatchet and blowing up the house about two years ago, and the creepy father got arrested not long after Susan disappears for child pronography got out of prison about three years later and died shortly after. And they still have never found Susan's body.

I recommend to anyone who is really interested in this case to play the podcast "Cold" it's extremely thorough and it's really good. Josh and his family were all monsters. And I believe his dad and his brother were either involved in disposing of her body or at the least know what happened to her. The one good person is Jenny who tried to get any sort of confession out of josh. She's a good person. But unfortunately josh his dad and brother michael are all dead now so we will never get info out of them. Garbage. Susan, Braedan and Charlie deserved so much better. Anyway check out Cold. It's on all platforms including the Tube. Lol

So tragic. What a psychopath. Poor Susan. My mother was abused and so we all were. She was a nurse. He was a catholic doctor and I remember telling the priest about his abuse. Nothing changed. He continued to abuse us all. He would have killed me but I was taken out because my gymnastics coach called CSD.
I feel so sad for her. She tried to make her marriage work; she is so strong in her faith and such a nice person. I think finding a wife on top wanting material things is just him focused on material things and imagery. I think his full confidence in himself comes from his dad (ick)

Narcissist behavior... such a shame. He didn’t have the mental capability to handle a marriage. Then the detectives dropped the ball in this case ... they should’ve arrest him off the little boy testimony alone... they didn’t do a DNA analysis on the van he was driving on the so called camping trip. So many ways they could’ve at least held him in jail & he wouldn’t have had access to those boys. A tragedy. Mental health is EVERYTHING!!!!
