I know your definitely pregnant and congratulations but I couldn't see any lines on any of the regular tests. Maybe because they were very faint. This is great that you did this because it goes to show that many women won't show a strong positive even at 11 dpo on the regular tests. Looks like the Equate Digital is the way to go when your testing. Great video 👍
Absolutely! Those classic tests were super disappointing especially compared to the cheapie tests. It is suuuuuper early to be testing but it is crazy how sensitive some of those tests were. Thanks for watching and commenting Amber.
I used the first response with this baby, and I did the digital and I thought it would come out negative but no it was a positive test! Currently 23 weeks
when i was pregnant with my 1st baby i took loads of pregnancy tests i couldn't believe i was pregnant my husband thought i was mad but i wanted to be 100 percent sure x
I got my positive at 10 DPO and I saw a very faint line on a cheap strip test so I took a clear blue and it was PREGNANT! I was so excited. The equate digital actually gave me two negatives. I’m 9 weeks now but I think it’s interesting how we got different results!
All tests were filmed after waiting the designated time by the manufacturer instructions. All lines were light because this was literally the earliest possible day to get a positive. This allowed me to determine which test were absolutely the most sensitive.
I'm 11 DOP after a year of TTC. I've been feeling a little off the last couple days. I got a cler negative on a pregmate today so seeing this video helped remind me that it's still early and there is still hope this cycle.
Was hoping to see the dollar tree brand! I totally got a positive (well... actually six) but my husband is still in disbelief Because they are dollar tree brand and our youngest is nine years old!!

i got my first positive with a pregmate test at 11 DPO and then tested that same day with first response and it showed up too. clear blue digital said “pregnant” at 15 DPO. 31wks+5 currently! ☺️

Clear blue is definitely not great. Before I miscarried I got told (by the customer service of clearblue), that they indeed don't pick it up early at all. I had such low levels hcg that they couldn't pick up on it but all of the dye tests could. Including the clear blue dye test that's meant to pick up from the same amount as the digital.
I had a VERY faint second line on my first response early detection test but everyone keeps saying it’s the evap line when it was within the timeframe so I have no idea. I did take a clearblue digital test and it said not pregnant. Seeing that some do say pregnant when clearblue doesn’t kinda gives me some hope.
The clear blue digital did the same thing to me with my first! I was 11 dpo and it said not pregnant when I had several other tests that were very clearly positive.

I JUST took 2 digital clear blue tests and both of them gave me the “error” message with the book 😂 definitely going back to the store for some equate tests instead!
Ughgh I have heard multiple people with experiences like that. It seems like it is never just one in the box; it is all of them that give an error message.
@@JAKSJourney Well since I'm here I'll say I've always had a love for the cheap pregnancy tests, they've been great for detecting pregnancy one day after a missed period, I have tried the digital clear blue ones and I think they are overpriced plus you lose the "pregnant" result, I'm super sentimental and keep positive pregnancy tests.
Yesterday I took a DG test and got a very faint line. Then took a clear blue pink dye yesterday also and that was negative. Took another this morning and that was negative also. 🤷♀️
Just received my faint positive at 9 DPO using Pregmate's test! Confirmed with Walgreen's Early Response (pink dye) and a faint positive appeared... and then oddly disappeared as I waited for my husband to come home and surprise him. Very strange. The next morning my Walgreen's early response test stayed positive throughout the day. Anyone else had this experience?

It’s so crazy to me how every women gets such a different result/experience. I got very clear positives on clear blue regular test and even their digital before my missed period. Stark white negatives on ALL the first response ones I took until nearly 6 days past my missed period. Currently 36 weeks pregnant. But I had the same experience with all 3 of my pregnancies. Clear blue will always be my go to. The equate brand actually gave me a positive just as early as the clear blue it was just super faint.
@@JAKSJourney Clearblue Digital tests go in urine stream for 5 seconds. But, if you are dipping in a collected urine sample, you place it in the sample for 20 seconds.
When I want to know if I’m preg always first response but when I want to know if the hormones are still rising I use a less sensitive test like prognosis to know if they are high enough to turn positive (to me it’s less sensitive as I have tested negative on an early test but same day the first response will show positive)

The clear blue digital weeks indicator is better then that specific clear blue digital it's only 50miu where as the weeks indicator is 10-25 Miu xxx congratulations

. I am testing 6dp5dt or 11DPO after a frozen embryo transfer. This would have been the equivalent of 3 days before my missed period and was 6 days before my 12 day post transfer blood work. If you mean 16dpo then yes, all tests should be able to pick up a positive by then.
I took a first respond digital test and it was positive the next morning I took a clear blue digital test and it was negative I am still very early on the my period isn’t due for 4 days how do I know if I’m pregnant
So one of two things happened. 1) you are pregnant and the first response is more sensitive than the clear blue(that is what I found to me true in this experiment. 2) You experienced a chemical pregnancy where an embryo implanted for a short period of time but didn't stick. The most sure fire way to know if you are pregnant is to wait until the day of your missed period and test again. All tests should give you a clear positive by then. Each day your HCG levels will rise so you will get a stronger and stronger result.
I really hope I’m not pregnant but I’m 17 days late and I took 2 pregnancy tests I’m too young to be a mom and I don’t know what to do. I had brown discharge 3 days after sex but it was protected sex so I don’t know what that means. I need help😭
The cheapie test usually respond to a lower level of HCG. Digital tests need to be able to "see" the line to give a results and the sensors are less sensitive then what you can see. That being said, if you are waiting until your missed period then any test should give you a clear positive or negative.
Sorry didn't pick that one up to try out. At some point I decided I had spent enough $$$ on pregnancy tests even though I wanted to try them all out for this experiment.
I feel like this is a good sample of different tests, but on camera I could barely see a positive on any of them. I think this may have come out better as a video example of tests if you had filmed it the next day. :)

Just wanted to say I do not personally like the equate test because I had several test come up positive but ended up me not being pregnant so you have to be careful with those. I do love the cheap ones cuz that's how I found out that I was pregnant with my son 3 years ago but when it comes to the clear blue digital it won't register until you are farther along kind of a hit and miss with those. But I'm happy you did this I thank you cuz that does help a lot of us people who can't afford to buy pregnancy test all the time so I thank you very much ☺️

The dollar tree pregnancy test has never let me down.
I'm on my 3rd confirmed pregnancy and so far that's 3 dollars down.

I got very faint line around 9 or 10 days. Day 11 I got a big fat positive 😍😍. I’m 32 weeks.

Just FYI, the equate tests are give a visible blue line even when not pregnant! They're notorious for false positives.

I found out today that all of clearblue isn't great 😂 I've been getting amazing bfps but the blue dye tests are sooo bad 😅

I really love the Easy@home cheapies I'm 9+1 weeks and got a faint line on Easy@home at 10dpo which got darker each day. Also love clinical guard.

For the clear blue digital you have to dip it for 20 seconds not 5 seconds so that could be the reason
Double checked the instructions for the Clear Blue Digital I used and it says 5 seconds. I vaguely recall older versions were 15sec.

The only tests that worked for me was the ones from the dollar store all the other ones never worked
I used the expensive brand for the first few months then I ended up using the dollar store one. It is cheaper and it worked

Trust cheap test. It takes a higher level of Hcg for digital tests to turn positive. Of course test again tomorrow to confirm result as well.
Why the clear blue digital wrote not pregnant?
The Clear Blue wasn't as sensitive as the other tests. This was really early on, so I was testing to see which tests picked up on lower levels of HCG.
