In general our Polish MRE have a realy short shelf life compared to other MRE because of many non artifical pieces especialy in main dishes. When i was in army we even had boxes of rations that expired 10+ years and generaly if nothing leaked they were fine but also when you know army, nothing is thrown out so you could find boxes that had own civilizations inside in development.

bigos is a traditional cabage stew with meat, usually a processed pork like the kielbasa. the cabbage is supposed to be tangy but not to the degree of sourkraut

For the most part, most will be ok if they have been stored right. You will know by sight and smell if they are not. I have a lot going past best now. Need to get eating lol.Thanks for watching.

Very cool Su! Nice ration. Very cool components, and plenty of them. Mint Pork sounds different. OOPs on the tea, LOL, I have done worse. Shame on the crisp bread. I have had the Polish Bigos, and loved it. Delicious MRES sent me some. Again, all meals looked good. Even the lunch meat. Glad you enjoyed, Peace, John.

These things are a beast. I have a couple to get to, but not this menu. I always get a kick out of the cups, even though it makes perfect sense. Wow, I dint know they came with 12 fuel tabs, that's excessive😁
