I don't get it. 10 years ago boats were doing 140MPH. This race is mostly 40 year old boats. Did they ban cats or don't they come to this?

There aren't many class 1 cats in the UK. We had two at the last offshore race of this year, 2024, but only had one all year.which was a Swedish team.
