Just a thought. They sell hay for bedding for Hamsters, etc., at the pet shops. A nice big bag is cheap and if Joan gets wet, the hay stays dryer for her. I had to edit this as I just seen the new house you bought for Joan. With the small bag of hay, you can put it on the bottom of the box and the bed can sit on top of the hay so as to not let any cold come up from the ground. Thinking.

That's a good idea but it's straw that is insulating ❤

Nigel, your videos are not only educational, but a highlight of my day. They also provide a therapeutic effect! (Your collection - I'm just starting, maybe I can buy one and have it shipped to NB some day!)

This is going to be one cool forest come spring after the pruning. Maple trees are cool. I always do the Clip and Grow method also. After all, I learned from you.

Wishing you success with Joan around your tree's....Year's ago, ours decided my tree's were better than the litter box...it killed several tree's....😢

Super cold out in the North 40. Hope Joan is nice and cozy in the heat of the greenhouse.

Nice updates. I spotted the camera man taking pictures in the forest to the left. It caught the corner of my eye.

Hi Nigel. I live in the upstate area in South Carolina and every year I bring my Raintree in for the winter it drops leaves and really looks bad. I keep my grow tent in the mid 60s at night and the mid 70s during the day and water lightly every day. My question is what temperature is your plant room and how much do you water.

Did I hear that right? It's not because you've gotten more trees? lol !!!!

Please please please deactivate automatic translator. It is so annyoing to figure it out on every video and change it. I really like your voice and don`t want to listen to AI in my language. I am a big fan of your channel but the automatic translation with AI is horrible. The subtitles are enough for me.
