8:02 that comfey gank was the game changing moment for both the teams
I launched a full investigation into where comfey came from
at 7:28 zacian dies while comfey is attatched, and comfey is detached and follows gengar offscreen and attatches to gengar
At 7:43 gengar goes for the backcap and you can see comfey detach and go up towards mamoswine (?), but he gets chased by pikachu and hides in a bush.
Then i guess he decided not to recall and came out of the bush after a couple seconds sprinting toward his teammates and placing a useless slow smoke behind him
They can make make liquidation Inteleon unviable but they can’t make icicle spear glaceon unviable for some reason
They need to rework how point and clicks work overall, point and clicks like Trevenant pain split are well designed in that it's a low risk moderate reward move, things like electro ball, volt tackle, icicle spear, mean look, liquidation (pre nerf), psyshock etc all have 1 thing in common, they have way to much reward for low effort, they're effectively toxic, I think one way they can nerf sure hits is to make it where you can miss them, so Umbreon players can't just chase you and spam 1 button with there -1 braincell.

Tanks can handle her way better now, tbh, but I feel like people will still hate her as long as she one-shots squishies, which is fair enough. Honestly, there's, like, 5 more annoying mons now, so I don't mind letting the only good ADC in this patch continuing to be good.
I just really wish they would rework point and clicks, i would really loke like to see individual reworks, make it to where electro ball, Liquidation and icicle spear do less to no damage if the opponent is too far so there's some extent and idea of setup and positioning, make Mewtwo pyschock a skill shot, if they do that, the mewtwo's go from the lamest mons in the game to possibly being fun, Make Umbreon's mean look escapable with at lest some dashes etc, they need to stop making point and clicks equal if not better than the output of skill shots.
That was a pretty nice wall by Mime in the Ray pit, when you were kiting Mamo.
I prefer icy wind over spear however. Then again, instead of decreasing the % hp damage, they could've just toggled down the damage ratio and scaling by like 10% or reduce the casting range like how they did to umbreon's mean look
Yeah I love to play inteleon as just that old reliable mon and snipe shot still feels disgustingly powerful. Seriously this patch feels like taking a bucket of water out of the ocean and expecting the water level to change.
I was joking about timi forgetting to actually apply the changes they do, but now i'm really concerned about this

@@jamesperrott1Don't fall into decoy effect plz. Icicle spear is broken no doubt but ice shard is what makes icicle spear turbo broken, plus it's the only mage that has crit rate on basic attacks, so two times atk speed+all boosted+ numerous icicle spear= of course anyone will have fun

@@jamesperrott1 Nothing, I was just venting out, I'm sorry. As a speedster main, it feels horrible when I dashed so far away but the spears just relentlessly follows and kills me from full hp just because I was in the range for a split second. As a pokemon, I really like glaceon, it's really cute but the move sould be reworked.
@@jamesperrott1 they arent on any nonsense. Ice shard + is so broken. Icicle spear is broken because of the amount of damage that it can do at range once you are locked on, but in between icicle spears, Ice shard + autos have similar if not greater dps, especially with muscle band. Ice shard + needs an attack speed nerf rn more than icicle spear needs a damage nerf

I’m not sure what people want Glaceon to be. Will reverting ice shard+ back to 65% make everyone happy? Ice shard+ is probably still too strong, but I think Glaceon is fine in mid-game for now.
I want it to be dead, but that’s not happening anytime soon
By all means glaceon is not broken especially with this patch, people are just too lazy to know that body wall mechanic is exist for a reason. A good defender will gulping up those ices with no problem, just don't let her stacking ice, make a distance with your teammates and you'll be fine.
@@Durio_zibethinus idk deleting half of the blocking defender health with such low cd and with ease forcing him to recall or go back line
And if a counter of a skill just don’t come near her and nothing else its bad. What if you are defending a goal? Or what if your team doing ray? Just let glaceon broke the goal, do ray for free? You need to consider the match is only 10 minutes. And a lot of those time glaceon had his skill up and running because low CD
I’m kinda fine with it if only eevee doesn’t have that free out of jail card of passive. A lot of speedster that able to chase eevee and kill them most of the time had one i really meant ONE chance but all of it basically useless because “oop i’m becaming invis can’t target me now can you 😂”

@@yeeywThis is a really uninformed POV, icicle spear relies a lot on attacking ONE target, to deal full potential of it's damage. As each subsequent hit deals more on top of the last and the next, but only per individual target. By body blocking and sharing the spear hits, glaceons damage output for each spear actually becomes pathetic and the total damage output becomes sad.

I must disagree, the nerf is significant and she's at her weakest state since release. The early game pace is noticeably sluggish compared to before, Just a year ago she could rip objectives in a shard+spear+shard combo. Now it can take 4 spear rotations to kill regi. This + power creep makes her a C to B- pick going forward.
Hell, no, HEEEEEELLLLLLL NO, maybe I'm falling for angry comment bait but I'd rather fall for it than let the possibility of something like this fester, glaceon has been bad once in its entire lifetime and it's not here, not even close, the problem is that the devs have made it difficult to balance Glaceon bc of how fundamentally good her kit is and she's extremely easy, has an out of jail free card that's only somewhat outdone by Meowscarada (at least you need to think with meowscarada and engage in the fight), there's no way that you could honestly look at her overalls winrate, see she's clearly one of the best mons in the game and say "that's fine, B tier" she needs a slight rework on icicle spear at the bare minimum.
Nah, I can still get chunked for half my health as a defender with no counter play because they can't miss. Even if this was true, Icy Wind is still a tier.

The general sentiment of the vocal minority, passionate community of unite (especially those of the leading unite CC's of spragels & cris) like to shit on moves that don't require a 'skillshot'. But allow me to offer another perspective too, 1; you're playing a MOBA, I can literally whip out my mouse and 'point and click' every 'skillshot' in the game same as any other moba. 2: I come from dota 2, and this sentiment of heroes based on how easy they are to pickup, use, or how hollisticly efficient they are, has never been an argument for balancing or to belittle and look down upon people's achievements with x hero.
In fact, in dota the sentiment towards skillshots & surehits is quite the reverse, relying on skillshots is seen as inconsistent and to be avoided, and the skill of a player is percieved in the decisions made and how they actually play & perform, rather than the flashy skillshot. And why this need for placing skillshots unite upon a high throne? They are cancer to use in this game, you need to constantly switch several ingame settings for every other skillshot you wish to play with, the game engine is NOT made for them, because all your actions and movements are displayed to you serverside, there is ZERO interpolation. There are far better games for that kind of skill expression (aim) than unite, with so many game engine limitations & obstacles that I not only am averse to try, I literally can't on my setup lol.
Back to glaceon, she is easy for anyone to use, yes, this is true, easier for a lower skilled player to get more out of than an equally skilled player on a pokemon that requires AIM. For a complete beginner the learning curves are vastly different; but is this inherently a balancing issue? Is kneecapping a pokemon based on lower skilled player populations really the right approach? Or should a pokemon with a more streamlined playstyle like glaceon be on par with something more to it like a Zaician stats wise, but the Zaician inherently having more 'plays' or options for the player of equal skill and mastery, due to the nature of their more complex, thus 'harder bar get over & master pokemon'. I can tell you that, while spear glaceon doesn't have a skillshot, actually executing in a fight is an elaborate dance, and certainly not easy, the lightning quick series of decisions that must be made in regards to movement, target selection, & map awareness is like a drug on glaceon and the reason I have 1K+ games with her.
You mention her winrate and I wonder if you've been playing recently or at least had a look at UniteApi. She's below 49%, that's already poor especially when you factor in this pre-nerf data still; which I fully anticipate to drop down to below 48% closing in on 47% in the coming weeks. This data is from master top 10000, and is reflective to how I feel compared to something like Meow, who you mentioned and is a total menace atleast in my experience, in top 10000 lobbies and her unite api is dominant at 52%.
I know some moron will try to spin my post as some biased campaign written by a meta/broken picking abuser, and those who are reasonable will understandably experience a cynical pause while reading this. I know this because I literally was told to 'kys' for playing my favourite pokemon, All I'll say is that I've never been a slave to a games meta, and I only play cool shit (sometimes, literally; I LOVE Winter & Ice designs), that I like really could care less if it's weak or not, I often play whats niche, unique or cerebra.
Nah bru, just because it takes up building your shards a little bit more doesn’t change the fact this mon can rip a tanks health below full hp, has splash damage if you’re next to someone else, has a passive in which doesn’t allow it to be stopped, etc. It still is a very strong pokemon and can still snowball games. If her spears did less damage the farther you’re away from her then I wouldn’t be so mad seeing this mon being used
@AdrianLassie unite api is not consistent data, bad players are in top 10k, and it includes all players that are in the top 10k players' matches, which includes some random ultras. Glaceon is far from bad and far from difficult to play if you use common sense, don't have bad positioning, and be a halfway decent level. Icicle spear does crazy damage. It is low effort high reward with few counter play options. As soon as you hit level 6, you steam roll because you chunk people to half very, very easily.
About skillshots, some are easy to hit (deci shackle for example) but the competitive meta does revolve around quite a few skillshots (snipe shot, solar beams, blaziken's entire kit, buzzwole, chande, blast, tree, and many others) The meta in this game is not very similar to dota 2 as they are played on completely different platfroms and the matches do not last nearly as long. Skillshots are a lot harder on PC than a mobile device (I don't play on switch). But form the little LoL I played, which is somewhat similar to dota 2, point and click is not isn't that crazy unless it's an ult
