Extracting Honey with Kamon Reynolds

This video is a quick update on Kamons visit and our trial of the new Thorne Manfacturing extractor.
We had a great visit and a good time trialing this extractor. It was hard getting footage while doing such sticky work so Kamon will be taking care of the extraction video. It will probably be up within a week or so.

I like my older model maxant a hair better than the newer one. They changed a couple things.
The reel is different but better after getting used to it.
The top lip, it’s completely opposite on the new one. I like it inward facing like the old one because I don’t use the lids.
I opened up the hole on my old one, I’m going to have to do the same to the new one.
