This is what a mechanic “how to” video should be. I haven’t even replaced my hub assembly but liked the video for the simple reason that this mechanic is getting down to business. No corny jokes in between breaking bolts. No life story to invest in to get the info your actually wanting. If I could like it twice I would. Thank you.

The torque spec you mentioned for the Bud to Rotor (disc) was SNUG and then 15 lbs... factory spec on 2005 and earlier is 88 ft lbs. 2006 thru 2008 is step 1 snug, step 2 is 15 lbs, THEN STEP 3 final is 81 ft pounds...as for 2009 to 2012 its snug then 89 ft pounds.... I think you missed a step in the video. OTHERWISE fantastic very detailed video. keep up the good work

I got all the way down to removing the hub assembly and had to abandon this project. I could not for the life of me free that hub assembly from the truck. I tried prenetraiting oil, hammering on the rotor, pry bar, no luck.
Any suggestions?

Very helpful video. For a 4WD vehicle recommend this link - ABS Fault C0040 - How to replace Colorado/Canyon Speed Sensor & Hub Assembly!. Need to remove knuckle to get axle out of the way to thread ABS wire through.
