His costume design in DW6 is underrated, his running/horse riding animation looks badass too. "Dance my spear!" Never gets old hearing that while taking on an entire army holding them off at the gate.
Dynasty 4 was sooooo good even a decade later I bought a ps2 and dynasty 4 extreme legends. I want them weapons. Red hare. Mmm. Yup. What a good fucking game.
Worst- DW7 (no ost for the most iconic battle in this series!!!!) - DW5 (eh, too generic) - DW6 (good but repetitive) - DW9 (similar to DW6 but more varied) -DW2/3 (nostalgic throwback) -DW8 (good stuff, really lets you feel the flow of the battle) - DW4 (better than the rest, especially them alien sounds 2 minutes in)
I dunno, man... DW6's doesn't sound better than DW4's to me. & I think DW2-3 is far from being the worst. & I've never even played DW2-3. It might be old, but it's enjoyable when the main guitar kicks in.
Not taking into consideration for the music but heres how I would rank the Hulao Gate stages based on their core level design: DW6 (worst) DW7 DW2 DW9 DW3 DW5 DW8 DW4 (best)
No. Unfortunately DW7 only gave unique soundtracks to very specific stages within the 4 story-lines, as opposed to having unique tracks for all of the major battles (which is how all the other games did it).
Faisal Masab especially since that's not really how pronounce zhou... it's more like djow (as in bow) what I hate about the "proper" pronuciation is that they get it wrong half the time, they still pronunce the j's as j's rather than ts's I mean go all the way or give us the cool names, don't half ass it, c'mon. Use GOOGLE PEOPLE!! (in hindsight my comment about the j's might be wrong, crappy mandarin teacher, but you know what I mean)
