- FINALLY got around to hitting the hide and seek at this court. Been meaning to specifically do it here for quite awhile but I’ve just never gotten around to it considering asphalt is a lot less grippy than indoors. The reason I wanted to hit it here is because this is the first court I ever tried that dunk at back in 2020. On top of that, the session BEFORE I made the hide and seek for the first time in 2021, I randomly tried it at this court for the first time in AGES and back rimmed it for ages. So it was super awesome to have this full circle moment to finally get around to making it here. And as if it was first trying during warmups lol.

Aside from that only jumped for about an hour this session. Nursing some injuries and trying to keep healthy AND im focusing more on lifting right now so I don’t wanna tear my body up too much from over jumping. So pretty happy with how today’s session ended up with only an hour of dunk time.

Tried to make reverse 360 behind the back for the first time ever as well and it honestly went a lot better than expected. Doing LOTS of stuff wrong technique wise which is a really good sign for being able to fix it and do this dunk pretty soon (hopefully)

Also still doing some one foot to end my sessions to get it up high enough for that inverter I showed!

Not a fan of jumping outside but nice weather is such a good vibe! Nice dunks as always
Grow up and jump outside 😂
I pretty much grew up dunking outside at this court for 2 years so I’m pretty use to it. I’ll agree that indoors is 10x better but I can make due lol
First try is crazy
What do your workouts look like when you were trying to increase your vertical, is it squats, deadlifts, and plyos?
Definitely used those buts it all about how you bring them together. I’m no coach unfortunately so I can’t tell you exactly how to do it but I do train on Isaiah Riveras program and they can do all of that for you if you’re interested
How long did you jump for during this session ?
Only an hour plus a few minutes. Trying to keep my sessions short right now so I can keep my knees healthy for once lol
@@TravisDunks what are you personal favorite lower body lifts ?
@@paytonkasper6958Love squats. If back could handle it power cleans is my favorite as well
