I'm in the process of moving, and I discovered that my impact socket collection was overloading the weight capacity in the drawer of my old Husky cabinet, and I think I need to wait until I unpack at the new place (wherever that will be) to start overloading more drawers.

Great video sir, thank you. I just picked up the TEQ brand flax head wratcheting wrench set from Advanced Auto Parts and (private labeled Gearwrench) the finish is not very impressive. I wonder if you have better finish on the mid size sockets...
Catus, are these sockets stamped such that if you put them all on the rail next to each other, the sizes face out? That the numbers are clocked to one of the 4 faces of the peg on the rail?
Yes that's pretty rare for sockets especially ones that have mechanical stamping because the alignment process slows down production usually only see it with laser etched sockets
The only sockets that I’ve seen and have that are all facing the same way on the rail are the Matco Non-Slip Pro Spline Socket set, all the number face the same way .

These are definitely on my list to get. I just wish more brands would make mid lengths.
Bought Gearwrench 3/8 mid socket a month ago, they are good quality and no complaints.

I did buy the gearwrench 1/4 inch drive deep metric 13 pc set with a nice rack, it was very inexpensive at 20.99 $ and seems pretty good
You should do a quick video on your socket and ratchet collection. Gotta collect them all.
I have the icon mid lengths thats just came out. They seem great so far.
Picked up a couple sets of these a few years ago. Also have the Carlyle mid depth ones. I find myself using them almost exclusively now.

I bought the 1/4 metric mid lengths and holy fuck are the majority of them way out of tolerance on the anvil hole. They flop so much on a ratchet

Quality control and warranty issues on my gearwrench was terrible. Will never buy anything from them again
