I remember Shane Benson from a Chick-Fil-A inside Sunnyvale Town Center in Sunnyvale, California. My dad and I did the refrigeration and air conditioning for Shane’s store there. I remember how he would answer the phone, and I never forgot it to this day! I can still hear him as he would say “It’s a wonderful day at Chick-Fil-A, this is Shane Benson, how can I help you”? Amazingly simple, but extraordinary.
It was great to see Shane again!
