The relaxing Japanese garden is located in Hermann Park a 445-acre park located in Houston, Texas USA. Hermann park and the Japanese garden is about 4 miles from Downtown and close to the District museum ,the Texas Medical Center and Rice University. The Japanese garden within Hermann Park is such a relaxing place to visit and walk and is home to numerous cultural institutions including the Houston Zoo, Miller Outdoor Theatre, the Houston Museum of Natural Science, and the Hermann Park Golf Course. The park also features the Mary Gibbs and Jesse H. Jones Reflection Pool, McGovern Centennial Gardens, and McGovern Lake. The park is a quiet place to just sit and enjoy nature.
