Won't find those beautiful coins and buckles here!! You should have a contest to have a chance to come out where you are and hunt an OLD place like that!!! YES!! Killer finds, Jason and crew!!
That field area was never fertilized and the soil drains very well. Lastly, it’s a limestone region, thus no acidity in the soil. Yep, the coins were nice.
Actually just hit spring Jason, December 1 is our first day of summer, not looking forward to that, today is October 3, and it's 88 degrees 31 Celsius. take care brother ATB Jim
This is my favorite TH-cam channel and I can't figure out why you get any thumbs down at all. The title says exactly what the video is so I'd think that anyone that clicks on it has their expectations met plus some! Keep doing your thing Quarter Hoarder and I'll always support you
Congratulations on your awesome discoveries gentlemen. Very good video. Location may need to be gone over once more. Looking forward to your next episode.
That is the fun of metal detecting, you can spend hours digging junk, not finding anything good to the point of almost giving up, and out of nowhere, that one find makes the day worth it, congrats Paul on your find
sorry to tell you this. The oldest homes in America are in Santa Fe New Mexico. The Spanish were here before the pilgrims. Fantastic finds from the second oldest homes. Keep up the great vids..
@@charlesharleyheritagerelic3780 I have them on my house. I've never been as far east as you are. I'm not a big fan of traveling since my car wreck in 2013, which caused a brain injury.
Beautiful location with plenty of high quality finds. Congrats on pulling that capped copper Jason! Paul's half was the nicest I've seen dug by anyone, congrats! That thin S.A.B.B coin just might be a farthing. They are small in size and tend to be very thin.
Thanks! We were all fortunate to not only dig some amazing old coins, but to catch them in great condition too. The stars really aligned for us at this site!
janetta blakely I soak mine in WD40 overnight... slightly clean with soft brushing.. put in WD40 again ... next day gently wipe dry. Then thin layer of vaseline.
Always a gamble cleaning the old coins. Sometimes it’s best when it’s still damp and sometimes when it’s dried off. All in all you need a little luck that the coin was dropped in good shape to begin with.
Dang guys! Congrats to all of you!. And that was just the cabin area? You guys must go back. Lots of things to loose something else must of been taking place at the cabin.
That's the best Draped I've ever seen congrats Paul. Charlie's Hybernia awesome. Shoe buckle "Step on it flatten it out so it looks real nice" Lol. All 3 of you guys found some awesome stuff. HH
So many awesome coins that I wouldn't know where to begin. Congrats to you all. The buckles and buttons and spoonsas well. All awesome finds!! I'm so happy that y'all found where the cabin had been located so the goods started coming out of the dirt 😀👍 You still have plenty more to find there; I just know it!
Good video Jason you guys found some great coins & relics! So which of the guys are coming with you Jason to Pound the Ground Adirondack Coast? Charlie? Doug?
Thanks Deej! Doug can’t make it but Charlie and Paul will be there. I’m driving up with Plugmaster and Missouri Mike. Really looking forward to meeting all the other diggers!
Doug Johnson I had the name 1st, but unfortunately I didn’t have those skills. I’m the David Ortiz the Gold Hunter. I don’t have a page, but can you give me a shout out next time you make your video? Good luck hunting.
Excellent old copper hunt. You are competing with hoover boys lol. Going to hit early to mid 1800s village tomorrow. As old as it gets here around Toronto. Hoping for just one lol
you guys are hell on those coins, rub'n & grind'n, they may have been identifiable before all that rub'n & grind'n... I can't watch you destroy those coins
I see you and other detectors find buttons with designs ONLY on the back of them. Do you have any idea why they took the time to put a design on the back & nothing on the front? TIA
Lol you guys almost arent even excited digging up big buttons like that dandy. Over on the west coast we dont have coins or buttons that old. You guys are all pretty lucky with all the cool old buttons and coins you guys find.
I did fairly well with my AT MAX, but doing much better now with the 800. Paul was getting more silver with his 800.... I had to go that direction and purchased the 800. I’m very pleased
Sweet finds guys!!
Wow guys! that 1730 is absolutely gorgeous! I can't believe how much detail that still has on it after so many years in the dirt...
Across the Plains thanks
Great finds, guys! Congrats to Charlie on that Hibernia and to Paul on the Draped Bust!
Thanks Charlie!

Won't find those beautiful coins and buckles here!! You should have a contest to have a chance to come out where you are and hunt an OLD place like that!!! YES!! Killer finds, Jason and crew!!
Thank you. I thought about doing a contest kinda like that. Hard to coordinate airfare, hotels, and stuff like that. Maybe one day though.
Holy Schmoly!!!! Those were some of the sharpest old coins I've seen yet!!
Thanks Anna!
That field area was never fertilized and the soil drains very well. Lastly, it’s a limestone region, thus no acidity in the soil. Yep, the coins were nice.

What a dream location. Such a beautiful property. Thanks for sharing your hunt and awesome finds. GL, HH and take care.
Thank you! Once in a while we land on a truly great spot. Can't wait to go back
The big buckle maybe a saddle buckle?
Jason, as big as those buckles are could they have been worn on hats of pilgrims or as belt buckles?
Where oh where has my little Doug gone, oh where oh where can he be? Catching up on several videos. Hope you guys are well. Great finds fellas!
I'm just going to say wow Jason and Paul congratulations on the 1/2 cent beautiful coin

Looking forward to getting together Gypsy. Have a safe flight!
Zero Discrimination it was a pleasure seeing you at PTG in Chazy
How do you clean the old copper coins? Cool stuff!
janetta blakely I soak mine in WD40 overnight... slightly clean with soft brushing.. put in WD40 again ... next day gently wipe dry. Then thin layer of vaseline.
Charles Harley, Heritage Relic Hunters will that work on IHP too?
janetta blakely yes.... but not many detectorist do this.... but for me..... I’m very pleased with the results.
Wow, that was fun!
Thanks Kay!
Nice Liberty Cap guys!! Unfortunately the way you initially cleaned it knocked some of the detail off.
Always a gamble cleaning the old coins. Sometimes it’s best when it’s still damp and sometimes when it’s dried off. All in all you need a little luck that the coin was dropped in good shape to begin with.
Jason, out of curiosity. How much does a copper 1943 penny go for? Have you ever found one?
Charlies coin is amazing
WOW awesome hunt and finds I am on my way save some for me!
Haha. We’ll save a few rows for ya!
Dang guys! Congrats to all of you!. And that was just the cabin area? You guys must go back. Lots of things to loose something else must of been taking place at the cabin.

Thanks Carl and I totally agree. Like a successful store, it’s all about location.
Paul is naughty 😂😂😂
Haha I was talking about the bird you were holding! 😁
I normally edit Paul’s slip ups but I must have missed those 2 this week. Don’t worry though, he was chastised for them! 🙂
No worries! I laughed pretty good at that 🤭😆

Dang, Save some for me!! I want to go! well done guys!
What did the Liberty Cap ring up as
It was a screaming 86-87 on the Pro, even at 6" down
Wow not one gold or silver coin on a house that old? Those people had a tight grip on the money in their pockets.
Look at last weeks video; Brad found a 1773 gold Louis XV coin there 👍
dang the boys were on a hunt today. congrates on them jason, paul, charlie. by the way where is doug?
Thanks Marcel! Doug was away on vacation for a month so we had a few hunts without him. He’s back now though so you see him next week
