Yes sir. While I was not impressed with carts one or two, the Sus model is actually amazing and they worked hard to make it right. That's solid. Now they just need to do something about the false advertising on the others. Thanks and yes it is. It's stopping trying to force TH-cam and things started coming my way. Amazing how that works out.

Being 100% honest, I am just talking to myself almost all the time so I remember what I was doing and train myself to think about why every catch worked. I had a guy ask me a couple weeks ago why I overshare because I am competing against people that watch. For me, if someone watches one of videos and catches a fish or places in an event, even beating me out, that would be so amazing to me. I would value that as much winning myself. Thanks man. I know there is a collapsible cart market but the Sus model and their support are were it's at. I am beyond amazed at how well 2023 has gone for the channel and fishing in general based on my initial goals. We just need to make sure you can keep on paddling.
I don't have the cart atm, loaned it and it hasn't come back, but it's easy, just go over the top of the kayak, and then under, go in between the U shape where teh wheels are. The kayak should stay on noproblem then.
A shame they didn't keep the folding mechanism but beef up everything else. I really want one that folds up so I can put it on the Yak but Vevor makes one just like this for half the price with stellar reviews.
I like the collapsing, but there is an issue with them in that it really hampers the weight capacity and lifespan. It's a give and take ya know. If you have a smaller kayak, the full size non-collapable is not the best option. It's the middle range one that would be the best for recreational models.

I have the upgraded cart and really enjoy how easy it is to use. The only trouble I am having now is I need a new strap as I seem to have lost mine - and there is no contact or replacement straps that I can find. Do you know how I would track down a way to get a new strap purchased/sent out.. or do you have recommendations on a different strap set up?

They should stay down. I just thumb tightened mine down. Maybe try and get one more real tight turn but yeah these stayed in place very easily.
