Then the words began to sound familiar and I found the urge to dance a dance that my muscles seem to know even though I've never danced. At one point my concentration had broke but I felt something/someone grab my hand and pull me back in. I feel so at peace and so powerful all at once

I listened to this twice, first was just listening and the other was mediation. For a long time I've been very hesitant and even scared to reach out to my ancestors but as I was mediating two came up to me one was doing the chant and the other was shaking a necklace going along with the music. She put one over my neck and then another necklace. The man continued to chant and at the end the woman gave me a large gold crown! She looked at me and said "you have the power, and we are now here" I cried and said thank you. This is the best thing I could have done and I'm no longer afraid!!!

I used this for meditation , it made me want to dance but the way i danced wasn’t how I usually dance if you get me and it got very emotional and i felt people hold my hand as I cried
