I've been through clinical depression myself. The fact that you found a clear moment here to extrapolate your thoughts and present them to us serves a purpose. We are grateful and they are meaningful. You have demonstrated skills and abilities here and even tho a stronger entity may completely take over at times, know that you are seeking wisdom and strength and perhaps olits no accident you arrived here reading outer replies. We are all rooting for each other and especially you and want to grant you inner peace. The rhythm and chants are healing us all and know that we are fighting together with you for prosperity and health.

Today on the Kemetic calendar is Divine Holy Day of spiritual purification, where zemzem ceremonies are held with offering to the ancestors, this wonderful ancestral frequency music is just what I needed, to continue invoking and blessing my honorable ancestors.
