I think Tails's forwards throw should have him pick up the enemy and be able to fly around for bit and throw them in the selected direction, similar to DK's cargo throw.
The North American manual of Sonic the hedgehog 2 suggests that Tails created the Spin Dash first while imitating Sonic's performances. In Japan, the Spin Dash was developed by Sonic, who claimed that it came to him one day when he tried combining a somersault with running. I think it was a typo in the North American Manual.

If it hits an opponent, it will trigger a cutscene where Tails jumps in his mech from Sonic Adventure and proceeds to bombard the opponent with missiles before jumping up and stomping on the opponent. The opponent is sent flying.
I think it would be better if he summons in his alternate counterparts, like X, and has them join the barrage. In a nod to the comics as Megaman has the same smash.
Just change that Tails Primary Spirit to feature Classic Tails and then he’d have a chance. As for Tails’ Classic Mode, Maybe Fighters who are pilots. Round 1: Captain Falcon. Round 2: Fox and Falco. Pretty cool ideas! I've often imagined Tails in Smash. I think he'd have faster ground speed than that - speed is important to Tails just as it is to Sonic, so I'd probably say about halfway between Sonic and Captain Falcon for his speed, if anything trending closer to Sonic's speed. A good number of these match up with my thoughts - good recovery and air stuff, because he's tails, but very low weight. The nair, down smash, up smash, neutral special, up special, and down special are all pretty much exactly the moves I imagined for him. For the rapid tails attack, to translate that into Smash Bros it should only hit on the side, leaving Tails vulnerable from above and below. I also imagined Tails' flight working a bit differently. He'd be able to act out of it at any time, and would never be made helpless by it. Instead, there'd be an invisible stamina meter, which would count down whenever Tails is flying upwards, and when it's out, he'll descend the same as if he wasn't trying to fly upwards. He'd still be able to deactivate and reactivate it. The stamina would refill instantly on touching the ground or grabbing a ledge, but not when getting hit, leaving him vulnerable if he's out of flight. (This is basically how it works in Sonic Adventure).

Back during the Smash Ballot, I submitted a moveset for Tails. Iremeber making his up special the medi-bot from Sonic Chronicles since, y'know, he can fly. I made his down special the shield bot from the same game. I suggested a LOT of FS ideas. I remember that his side special was the spindash.
**GAAAAAAAAAAAAAASP** Okay, this is almost 1-to-1 with my ideal move set for Tails, and I must say... NICE!!! ^^ (I really overthought his Up Special, though. I just gave him 5 jumps and the made it his Ring Bombs, but this works much better.)
I think using a giant plug cable would work better as a forward Smash since it references the fact that Tails is a mechanic, and could serve as a nod to Sonic Riders since he uses one in the game as a weapon.

Do Red from angry birds. I have my own ideas but I want to see what you come up with. Angry birds, like other franchises have dipped their toes into enough things to provide a diverse moveset for an angry bird. For design reference, you could even just stick with the classic design, with no arms or legs. The movie version is unnecessary, so please don't use it.
Kacper Cicharski that could be cool, but I feel like that hasn't worked well for most characters that have hindering gimmicks. Pichu in ultimate is the only one that benefits from a hindering gimmick to my knowledge of fighting game history, or general balancing history. Well, hindering abilities in doubles are all useful because of moves like skill swap and entrainment. What if the throws were different tho? Instead of having your regular up down forward back, red would grab with the slingshot, and angle it in every direction possible. The knockback wouldn't be good and it wouldn't do damage, but diagonal throws can gimp pretty early, and if red throws you to a surface, you still have to tech. Think being able to diagonal down throw people off the ledge at any percent. The throws have set knockback too so any combos will always work. However, they don't get stunned unless they hit a surface without teching.
It would be not forward back ect. Type of throw, it would be the only one that follows specific inputs, and could be used for combos . for example you could sent the slingshot diagonally, or straight up, with the same throw. You have 2 seconds to choose a direction . then the slingshot would launch foes off. If the slingshot direction remained neutral, red or Terrance will lunge forward, not doing knock back, but rather sending red in an attaching position. Could be used as a combo breaker. Because of this, Red and Terrance would be very grab based characters
I got an idea, when he beats Sonic in 1v1, he does 1 of his victory Animations, maybe 3 to make sense and says like you suggested, "Alls well that ends well, right?" but then it then adds, "...Sonic?"

I imagine they'd base Tails' special moveset off the classic Sonic era. Neutral B: Bomb toss from Tails' Adventure. Works like Snake's grenade, but it moves slower. Side B: Magic Ring from Tails' Skypatrol. Press B to throw a ring, slightly damaging anyone who touches it, and press B again to call it back. The first opponent it touches when returning gets caught in a grab once the ring returns to Tails. Up B: Tailspin Flight, just like you suggested. Down B: Spin Dash, of course.
Idea: if you move during the third taunt, you will actually move freely, the taunt also has a hit box even if you move. Also, in the second win animation Tails will say something kinda sassy if he beats Sonic.
A few notes: •Tails' jab should also have a multi-hit variant, where he turns around and starts spinning his tails rapidly •Same could be said for back-air •(Excuse me for beating the dead horse but I have good reason) down air should be Tails spinning his tails below him, in reference to Advance 3. This move would slightly lift him up, similar to Snake's down-air •Neutral and Side special should be swapped •If spindash is held, it works like Sonic's spin dash. But if it's mashed, it works like the spin charge

Just finished watching the whole video. I thought it was pretty good. My only problem with it though is that most of Klonoa’s attacks relies on mostly his sword attack and he acts more like a clone/echo fighter rather than a unique original fighter. Overall, I think your idea of Tails’ fighting attacks is much more original than it is for Klonoa. Both are very great demonstration videos.

As much as I like the ideas in this video, I would change the final Smash to differentiate him from Fox’s Final Smash. How I would do the Final Smash, is that Tails would get into the Tornado 2, yell out “Tornado..TRANSFORMATION!” Line from SA2 with the modern Tails Voice-Actor, and there would be a 1-2 second transformation sequence then Tails would spawn back at the map, and he would be invincible, and tons militaristic weaponry to destroy his opponents with.

I think his Final Smash would be a little something like this: He uses a double tail whip, launching them onto a planet with a cherry blossom tree. (Y’all know where this is going.) Tails boards the Blue Typhoon and the spirit of Cosmo in her final form says “Do it now, Tails!” Tails wipes a tear rolling down his cheek as he smiles, and fires the cannon. Afterwards, he looks up to the sky and gives a thumbs up. Any foe caught in the tail whip with more than 123% damage will be instant KO’d, but it can only get 1 foe. If he uses it on Sonic, he says “NO!” and cancels the Final Smash. But there are rare chances when he does fire.
I mean, technically Tails is more of orange than yellow, he’s kinda like yellowish orange, he’s only fully yellow when the quality of the game isn’t the best

BUT TECHNICHALLY, the first chronological appearance of the spin dash was in Sonic CD, which, while released after Sonic 2, according to SEGA, takes place in between Sonic 1 and Sonic 2. So no, Sonic didn't learn the spin dash from Tails. I'm not saying I'm against Tails having a spin dash, but if you're gonna be overbearing, you may as well do it right.
I think tails’ neutral, and side special should be switched, with tails’ neutral special working like Diddy kong’s, the longer you hold down b the more powerful it is, but if you hold it down for too long it will explode in tails’ face stunning him
It seems like it should be so easy to implement tails and I'm struggling to understand why they cant add Tails and Knuckles as fighters (knuckles especially, he could just be sonic but slower and stronger, how hard is that). Realy good moveset. I have a good idea to add in my bandana dee video list. Knack from Knack 1 and 2. He could have the small and the big form,use the blue teleport thing in knack 2 and for the down special he can absorve others materials like ice,metal and wood that give him special atributes(like you jibanyan video).
I’d love for Tails’ idle animation to be him yawning and then almost falling asleep before snapping himself out of it, much like in the classic games (and apparently SA1)

That recovery idea is unique with the stamina bar but I just see sakurai having his up b exactly like k rools but with more Air mobility

I got an idea, when he beats Sonic in 1v1, he does 1 of his victory Animations, maybe 3 to make sense and says like you suggested, "Alls well that ends well, right?" but then it then adds, "...Sonic?"

I imagine they'd base Tails' special moveset off the classic Sonic era.
Neutral B: Bomb toss from Tails' Adventure. Works like Snake's grenade, but it moves slower.
Side B: Magic Ring from Tails' Skypatrol. Press B to throw a ring, slightly damaging anyone who touches it, and press B again to call it back. The first opponent it touches when returning gets caught in a grab once the ring returns to Tails.
Up B: Tailspin Flight, just like you suggested.
Down B: Spin Dash, of course.
There's so much material to work from tbh.
I think tails if he was out of now would have some sort of like exhaustion meter. As long as he breath left he can fly.
Idea: if you move during the third taunt, you will actually move freely, the taunt also has a hit box even if you move. Also, in the second win animation Tails will say something kinda sassy if he beats Sonic.

A few notes:
•Tails' jab should also have a multi-hit variant, where he turns around and starts spinning his tails rapidly
•Same could be said for back-air
•(Excuse me for beating the dead horse but I have good reason) down air should be Tails spinning his tails below him, in reference to Advance 3. This move would slightly lift him up, similar to Snake's down-air
•Neutral and Side special should be swapped
•If spindash is held, it works like Sonic's spin dash. But if it's mashed, it works like the spin charge

Just finished watching the whole video. I thought it was pretty good. My only problem with it though is that most of Klonoa’s attacks relies on mostly his sword attack and he acts more like a clone/echo fighter rather than a unique original fighter. Overall, I think your idea of Tails’ fighting attacks is much more original than it is for Klonoa. Both are very great demonstration videos.

As much as I like the ideas in this video, I would change the final Smash to differentiate him from Fox’s Final Smash. How I would do the Final Smash, is that Tails would get into the Tornado 2, yell out “Tornado..TRANSFORMATION!” Line from SA2 with the modern Tails Voice-Actor, and there would be a 1-2 second transformation sequence then Tails would spawn back at the map, and he would be invincible, and tons militaristic weaponry to destroy his opponents with.

Tails boards the Blue Typhoon and the spirit of Cosmo in her final form says “Do it now, Tails!” Tails wipes a tear rolling down his cheek as he smiles, and fires the cannon. Afterwards, he looks up to the sky and gives a thumbs up. Any foe caught in the tail whip with more than 123% damage will be instant KO’d, but it can only get 1 foe. If he uses it on Sonic, he says “NO!” and cancels the Final Smash. But there are rare chances when he does fire.

Not to be the nerd here, jk definitely to be the nerd. BUT TECHNICHALLY, the first chronological appearance of the spin dash was in Sonic CD, which, while released after Sonic 2, according to SEGA, takes place in between Sonic 1 and Sonic 2. So no, Sonic didn't learn the spin dash from Tails. I'm not saying I'm against Tails having a spin dash, but if you're gonna be overbearing, you may as well do it right.

I think tails’ neutral, and side special should be switched, with tails’ neutral special working like Diddy kong’s, the longer you hold down b the more powerful it is, but if you hold it down for too long it will explode in tails’ face stunning him

It seems like it should be so easy to implement tails and I'm struggling to understand why they cant add Tails and Knuckles as fighters (knuckles especially, he could just be sonic but slower and stronger, how hard is that). Eggman would be cool too, but I can see why he would be more difficult and time consuming to design

He could have the small and the big form,use the blue teleport thing in knack 2 and for the down special he can absorve others materials like ice,metal and wood that give him special atributes(like you jibanyan video).
