Im worried about the lack of vegetables and fruits compared to meats and unhealthy processed foods. Carts are full of junk and little no none healthy things. Do people really eat like this?
Yes, speaking as somebody who has done this type of eating in the past. The reason being is I was never properly educated on nutrition growing up and it is an alarming how common it is now n' days.
