Jelly Fruit Cake
Ingredients:
Pan Size 9"
Agar Mix:
4 cups /1000ml water
1tbsp/ 8g agar agar powder
1 cup /200g sugar
Fruits: Chopped (your fav fruits)
Grapes (green,black) 1/2 cup
Mango 1/2 cup
Kiwi 1/2 cup
strawberry 1/2 cup
orange 1/2 cup
dragon fruit 1/2 cup
Jello Layer:
cherry or Strawberry Jello
1/4 cup jello mix
1 cup remaining agar mix

@@maditationmusic8078 Agar agar is not same as jelly powder. It is little different. you can ask for china grass from any store they should have it. it is the same as agar agar. Agar agar will be hard . But jelly powder will be like regular soft jello. but still would work. i think every grocery store has china grass which is same as agar agar

Looks like a lovely recipe which I will try. However the jelly is made with gelatin which is not vegan.
But the agar agar is vegan. Use agar agar instead in the same proportion. To dye the clear agar mixture, use red dragon fruit pushed through a sieve then strain through cheese cloth to remove the final residues. Experiment with how much red dragon fruit to use to get the desired density of colour. It will also be very fragrant.

Yes i used agar agar for the white jelly part. But yes the Jello is regular.

You can pour hot mixture over fruit. No problem. It will cool off quickly. The fruit is cold. And you can put that in refrigerator right after. Thank you for watching
