    Very helpful, just bought a Canon Sure Shot 76 and was confused about how to load and remove the film when finished. This helped a lot!

    my film compartment won't open up despite the film being finished and its has a new battery in. what should I do?

      The film compartment doesn't need a battery to open. It should just open by pressing the latch button down, as in the video at about 1:05. If that doesn't allow it to open, something is broken in there. Try it and answer with your results.

    Hello! I have this a camera. I wrapped it by mistake. 9 poses remained. Can ı use those poses. How?

      Hi: First I want to make sure I understand the situation. I believe you are telling me that 9 frames before the end of the roll, you accidentally rewound the film. Is that correct? Then, if you look at the cartridge, did it leave the film sticking out, or did it wind it all the way in? I'm guessing it is wound al the way in, and if so, there is no practical way that makes sense of salvaging the remaining frames on the roll. There would possibly be ways, but it would involve enough messing around that it isn't worth it. If the tail is still sticking out of the cartridge, there is a possibility you might be able to save them, but there are still complex things to think about, but I won't go into those unless you write back and say you want to.

    Question when the battery's low does it not open the zoom?

      I would think it likely the lens would not work well if the battery is not good enough. I don't know if the lens movement would be one of the first things to not work, or if the whole camera would just not work.

    How to wind the roll of film when done?

    • @oldengguy
      @oldengguy  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      At about 4:14 in this video, the film reached the end and the camera automatically started rewinding. When the rewinding was done, it was safe to open the camera and remove the film.

    How many photos does a roll usually have for this camera?

      Most 35mm film cannisters contain 24 or 36 exposures.
