I quite like Solarpunk! Haunted Chocolitier by Eric Barone (ConcernedApe) could also be on the list, but is not on Steam yet
If they would have revealed Haunted Chocolatier, I would have definitely included it!!!

I’m excited for Story of Seasons: A Wonderful Life! Can’t wait to get it and see what’s it’s like, it looks so cozy and cute.
It's chapter based and decisions in the first part will have an effect on certain townsfolk. I don't think it's cozy, but RF3 and other Rune Factory games are what I'm looking forward to. Fielda of Mistria reminds me a little of it, so I'm looking forward to FoM.

The art style of Fields of Mistria also reminds me of this game I used to play on my dad's Playstation 2 called Shepherd's crossing it was my first ever farm sim!

I'd also suggest Moonfrost that's set to come late this year or next year for both pc and mobile. I've been following them for quite a while and the gameplays they've shown so far are quite good
