I love every Zelda-licious moment of this! Thank you so much for sharing this video. I am also an adoring fan of both Zelda and period dress (and now creation). Until this moment my brain never considered putting the two together. Mind blown 🤯! New ways to love things I already love. How wonderful!

PowerToolsnPearls so glad you enjoyed it! I highly recommend combining Zelda and period costuming! I’d love to see how other people would interpret these characters into all kinds of periods!

Zelda holds a special place in my heart ♥️ Link is sacred. My much younger brother and I spent more hours than I’ll admit playing Zelda. He grew up playing the game with me and died at 16. In our world Zelda and Link were brother and sister just like Luke and Leia.
Inspiration! Zelda throughout the ages ♥️ See what you’ve started? All the Princess’s gowns reproduced starting from Renaissance? Hmm 🤔

Don't worry I wouldn't want to stop you hehehe. Hey, I just thought, the design could have been made more like a "war gown" since the dress Zelda has in both picture has her shoulder plates, the sword is a great pointer there, and the chest area looks kinda stiff, like armor. Oh! and, did you took in consideration the fact that purple was a royal color around that time? Since there was no artificial purple, and the supply was nearly rare it was supremely expensive, so only royalty could wear purple, that's also why no old-flag has that color. It fits perfectly with Zelda cause she's royalty

I had always wanted to do this but had struggled to pinpoint an exact period. I thought it was the tudor era and i assumed ocarina was renaissance but his helped alot.
