I've had an eMTB since Feb & it's the best thing I've done with my clothes on. Deffo improved my technique all round as I can now go further & faster although to be fair, this is also massively down to having great Trek Rail 9.8 bike with a great Bosch motor & long range battery. Go big is my advice, all the better for XC adventures off the beaten track
Great video. It would be great to see Neil race the E-EWS and follow his training routine etc. I'm enjoying riding my emtb so much that I feel Ive turned back the clock to days when i rode a lot better. Whether its weight/stability, the fact you're able to ride more laps or perhaps a mix of things, its given me a new lease of life.
You boys should start a series showcasing grassroots racing. Maybe Grassroots gander or Grassroots reveal. You could just turn up, chat to the organisers and give it a go. Would be good to promote the smaller events around the country and may show local riders that there is racing all over the place
Really interested in your opinion on the Fantic XEF 1.9 FACTORY. Thinking of purchasing one in the next week but I'm a bit worried on reliability and longevity. The price is $5000 and it has about 20 miles on it... And do you think it can handle some downhill. Or would you just go with thier XXF 2.0 Downhill version..I'm trying to find a all capable bike .
I'm not an expert but a downhill bike is a downhill bike, I just saw the xef 1.9 on unboxed on Moto Mermel channel said his was $8k looks like a beast Should be more than capable with 190 forks for downhilling and illing on trails anywhere.
Please have a head to head your light weight Ebike against a full fat Ebike round a trail centre like landegla . I still think lighter is better 🤔 from the shire
Get Neil to an EWS-E race, even the 50 or 100 would be good to see.

It looks like the last rays of summer were bouncing off Neil's brolly. Well he was in Wales.
Bike park Wales ... The name gives it away😂
Really interesting vid, you should try it again with my slightly older Kenevo, the limiter is a little higher so shouldnt hold you back so much
Speed and Power.
Flippin eck Neil …you’ve got a right good belly on ya lol😂😂😂😂
Love that bike 👌
Bro. That gnarly scar on hour thigh. Did you break your leg?
Sick vid

wonder if the pro would have been faster or slower on the ebike!?
