When Molly cries at the American Pavilion and Alan's response is just to smile and say "I'm glad you liked it"... THAT nearly made me cry. Such a sweet response. I'm going to WDW for the first time next week and I know I will cry at pretty much everything and I am so worried about getting made fun of. I just need to walk around all day with Molly and Alan!

EPCOT will always be special because I was a member of the 425 member All American College Marching Band that performed at the grand opening (trombone 75 out of 76). There were performing groups representing each a World Showcase pavilion with the band represented the USA. For the ceremony, my half of the band stood on what is now Connections and Creations. The other half of the band was on the opposite side!
I absolutely love Molly singing My Heart Will Go On and Alan’s reaction! That is exactly my hubby’s reaction, but Alan didn’t then argue about how the door was big enough for two.
An Epcot trip down memory lane is a perfect way to celebrate the park’s anniversary. As a kid of the 90s, I feel like every old school Epcot memory I have is a pure fever dream. Food Rocks stands out in my mind the most along with Honey I Shrunk the Audience.
Being an 80s kid, Epcot made a HUGE impression on me growing up. I don't think ANY Disney park had as much original and stellar music for every attraction like classic Epcot did. I still listen to those songs and get goosebumps.

On our last trip my son had a totally awesome character experience with Pluto (his favorite) after a really bad Pluto character experience on the trip before. So I was so touched when Pluto was playing with him this time and I started to cry. My son looked at me to make sure i was ok and my husband said "Don't worry...mom's just having a 'Molly Moment'." Now every time I start to cry at something Disney we laugh and refer to it as a "Molly Moment". 😂❤you Molly!

As a kid, the OG Journey into Imagination was my absolute favorite ride. The fantasy section with all the white, lacy cutouts was stunningly beautiful. I remember being devastated when I rode the next iteration of the attraction. It certainly has lost its magic, even with the addition of Figment.
EPCOT music is so beautiful! That is part of the reason I loved illuminations so much, it was not just more Disney music. Now don’t get me wrong I love Disney music, but we already have so many amazing shows to Disney music.

RIP Fountain of Nations... As an alumni DCP Epcot Photopass Photographer, I used to love watching the fountain shows while taking photos. Especially when there was the slightest breeze, the water would rocket towards the sky and come down completely soaking the unsuspecting guests walking by...😌good times. Also team Harmonious all the way. V confused as to why it's going away?!
have loved all the videos!! as far as Epcot we remember the Body pavilion especially the exhibit with the boy’s brain being explained. 🤷♀️was not our favorite pavilion but was part of the history 😊. btw totally agree on American Singer wearing historic clothing. added to the wonderful experience for sure !

I only got to FINALLY visit WDW in Feb of this year for my birthday, but for some reason I started crying during the Beacon of Magic part when people started cheering for the old music from past shows they put in, also cried during Harmonious, I am definitely the emotional type lol but I loved this video like all of your videos, also Alan narrating Molly as she brought the sake flight over was perfection! Can't wait for the next video!!

Future Corps, Future World Brass, the twinkling lights in the pavement by Communicore West, the Friendship barges on World Showcase lagoon, the Buskers in UK, street theatre in Italy and UK, the mission control looking command center where a character, I want to say IO showed you how computers ran the park, the double decker buses in World Showcase...lots of memories.
I don't remember in which Epcot pavilion this happened, but my mom decided instead of giving me "the talk" she was going to let Martin Short teach me the birds and the bees. There was a movie all about where babies come from that she made me watch with her, while my brothers got to play outside the little theater on all the cool techy toys. It must have been sometime in the mid-late 90s.
That was in the Wonders of Life pavilion, and was called The Making of Me. The pavilion also housed Body Wars, Cranium Command, Goofy About Health, and a food location called Pure and Simple. I know because for 10 years I was one of the Anacomical Players, a live improv and sketch show right next to The Making of Me. It was the only live onstage show in any of the Future World pavilions for a long time, excluding TechnoLab, the Magic House show, and others in Communicore. The Wonders of Life opened in 1989, so wasn't an original pavilion.
Every time I watch Mammoth I learn something new, and I was a Mouse House employee so that's saying something. I love watching Molly and Alan together, and especially seeing Alan grow more comfortable on camera. Keep growing!
Future Corps was my favorite EPCOT attraction! My then husband and I had both marched Drum and Bugle Corps. To see that art form brought to Disney was truly amazing! I miss them!
my favorite memory was being able to buy the Florida 4-seasons salute tickets for me, my parents, and my grandma in 1984 -- We got them for $22 per person plus tax and it covered 2 days, 1 park per day. Basically my 9th grade trip had been canceled and my parents wanted to still reward me for making it to high school with good grades. So the deal was I would buy the tickets and Dad would cover everything else. It was also magical b/c my grandmother was in her 70s at the time and had never been to either park.
Every time molly gets a snakebite from the rose and crown it makes me smile - it’s the beverage choice (or at least it used to be) of every underage drinker trying to get served at the dodgy pubs in the UK. It’s a great drink - ask for a snakebite and black if you want the barwench to put an unmeasured amount of blackcurrant cordial in to really set the teeth on edge ! Love the content guys as always ❤️❤️❤️
Me too. I said that about EO when I was there on Friday. My sister was like its been gone for years, Get over it. I will never get over it. I play the songs from EO almost every day.
The original characters were dolls with giant heads that were dressed for each country. We went spring break 1982 because my dad wanted to see EPCOT. Such a GREAT trip for our family.
This video made me smile and brought a little water from my eyes. I loved original Epcot. My favorite thing probably the old Living Seas ride or the old Listening to the Land.
Absolutely adore The Voices of Liberty and listening to them always makes me cry too. Also totally agree about the costumes - I was gutted they weren't in their dresses when I was there last month 😔

Me too. I said that about EO when I was there on Friday. My sister was like its been gone for years, Get over it. I will never get over it. I play the songs from EO almost every day.
Figment is my absolute favorite. I got my first Figment plush in Epcot in 1988. I slept with him every night. I still have him.
Agreed! I thought the same them about the Voices of Liberty, I miss there period outfits that distinguished them.

The original characters were dolls with giant heads that were dressed for each country. We went spring break 1982 because my dad wanted to see EPCOT. Such a GREAT trip for our family.

Absolutely adore The Voices of Liberty and listening to them always makes me cry too. Also totally agree about the costumes - I was gutted they weren't in their dresses when I was there last month 😔
