Beautiful video, you guys sure hit up a lot of spots and it all came together nicely. If you’re still in Singapore, I hope you enjoy your stay. By the way, sick beard! 🧔‍♂️

Thank you for the feedback! We tried to get to as many spots as we could and try as much local recommendations.
Also thanks on the beard comment 👌- Matt

FYI it's called Chicken Rice and not Chicken and Rice. Seen few vlogs where they kept saying the later, rather than the former

Why do you say duck & rice, chicken & rice? We locals simply call them duck rice, chicken rice... please do not change how we name the food thanks.

Hello, thank you for your question and we appreciate the information.
With Australian English as we are from Australia when there is more than one item on a plate we would always say and to express that there is a second item otherwise it would be implied that it's one item. So for example saying 'Chicken Rice' would imply that it's rice made from chicken or chicken flavoured rice one item. By saying 'chicken and Rice' it implies there is 2 items the chicken and the rice. Because of being used to speaking like this our whole lives it flows naturally like this when speaking in a sentence.
However we have been corrected a few times now by Singaporeans that in Singaporean culture you don't use the word "and" we appreciate this as we are learning ourselves and will try to be more careful in future to speak this correctly.
We hope that helps answer your question.
Thank you for watching our video, we really enjoyed our time in Singapore and hope to come back one day to visit again.
