I just started putting effort into my channel. I'm similar to you in that I've been doing content creation for businesses longer than for myself. I'm well versed in video, audio, and lighting, but being comfortable talking to the camera is a skill in and of itself. I watch a lot of TH-camrs that just go off the cuff, so I thought it would be easy. Boy was I wrong lol! I had to script my first video and force myself to get through it. The best advice is to just start making videos, because it's going to take a lot of practice to get comfortable in front of the camera.
