I rarely use stringy cheese but sometimes I do if I have it on hand. But either way I never do the cheese sauce method. I usually add shredded cheese to the noodles and then I add a wet mixture with milk eggs sour cream and all the seasonings
I never use provolone or mozzarella cheese because it's stringy. It's made for pizzas, pasta toppings, casseroles and sandwiches. It does not melt for sauces in my opinion.
I drink, but I be at home, don't bother no one . I drink light Rum & lemon juice with ice . Don't associate with a lot of people. learned the hard way. Time brings a lesson. I only trust God. I am 65,not bragging but I do not look my age. Peace has a lot to do with it. I am part Indian-Black. Enjoy yourself. Love U

Its just that I think some of the remnant pieces of cheese were mozzarella and/or provolone cheese and they both melt down stringy....they are the cheeses that are typically used on pizza and on meatball submarine sandwiches.
Yes, when planning your meals , you need to make sure to have all the right ingredients Didnt have the rught cheeses . Velteen is not real cheese i dont think I think she will be okay . Food looks delicious .
