Tricking police? Are you for real? Their job is to investigate if a crime is in progress then, and only then, to take steps to enforce the law and protect those involved . They are supposed to avoid lethal force by any and all means necessary, including against the person committing the crime unless there is no other option. They Failed in their duty of care to the general public. Remember, everybody is innocent until proven guilty and the only actual evidence they had was a phone call. That's not enough to warrant shooting first, asking questions later. They investigate first, then take action. Not the other way around.
Everybody involved in this needs to held accountable - including the police.
He most likely faces involuntary manslaughter charges (death resulting from a misdemeanor). Minimum is 10-16 months, but he's openely admitted to being a repeat offender with placing false reports, so hopefully considerably longer.
Plus i think it's considered a federal offense, since this happened across state lines.

I just hear a guy who refuses to grow up and take responsibility for anything. He called in bomb threats, swatted innocent people, and he feel like he is a hero for doing it. A vigilante. We do not have the body cam footage of the shooting so we do not know if the police officer who shot the innocent guy is actually justified or not. But still, SWAuTistic is a garbage human being. Young and Intelligent Money Investing Well it's not that he's in denial it's more of he was part it but he wasn't the main cause of his death. The officer shot and killed him. He did the killing, the hacker simply made the order he didn't know he was going to be killed. Now it was the gamer's fault as well because he released his address thinking they couldn't do anything. It's like hiring a Hitman, you order someone to kill another person so both of you are involved but since the Hitman was told to kill someone he's not the one to blame he was told to it was his job.
