Hi Mitchell! You look super happy and healthy and I can totally see the weight loss in your face already. Your hospital sounds like a spa! Thanks for the mention. It always surprises me when I hear my name. Love how you’re chilling and Netflixing and Targeting. That’s the life. Congrats on being off pain meds and the amazing weight loss already. You rock!
It's funny that we both had the same pre op room. Which I had peppermint for my nausea. Which I can still like to have the leg pump for my bakers cyst which it did help. I loved to take them home with me.
Your hospital is sooo fancy! lol. Goodness, you really got treated like a KING haha. I am so glad you got through it well. You're looking fabulous already! ^.^ It's so funny how our rules are so very different. I had to be on a clear liquid diet for the entire first week, and then a full fluid diet for the next 3 weeks after that. Options were really limited! You seem to have a really great diet plan set out for you already! Anyways, great video hun and I am so glad things are going good! Enjoy the process ^.^
At woodwinds I had for my cyst surgery they put a Cath in me but after that I had acupuncture to help me go to the bathroom. I think if they would had an acupuncture there that it would have been easy for me. I left St. Joe's on Wed.
I loved Sean and his aide Mea, then the night nurse Gladys and her aide Eva plus other aides was Margie and Jonathan. I had the Cath in for 2 day's. Which Margie told me that it would take it's time since it was a major surgery. Then the other nurse that took over for Sean he was black but he awesome too. I would walk until they put the Cath then I didn't walk with it.
Where was your port located? My surgeon says he’s not sure if he’s able to use my same scar so I might have two bigger ones. (Sorry I did so many comments, but I had to watch this in 3 parts lol) I’m so glad you are doing well! This was very helpful
jessicakes lol I’m so glad you were able to make it all the way through! Haha. I didn’t even think about the port scar until I saw it after. If you’re sitting in my body toolkit out through my eyes my port was right below my rib cage on the right. I assumed he wouldn’t be able to since there was a scar and it’d be harder to deal with but he did it. Lol I can always send you a pic privately if you want. Lol. I doubt there are too many interested in port scars!

NuMi thank you! I swear it was so nice I was like “what’s happening?!” Lol.
NuMi but I have to say it was good all the way around. I think the head hunger now is kind of the challenge

Your hospital was so fancy! I hope mine is like that, otherwise I’m gonna need a Xanax lol
You had great advice. I was wondering if you will be going to the Tues night class in two weeks.
Something that is really good is mashed potatoes with chicken flavored unjury protein. Yumm
Rny FluffytoFit that sounds fantastic!!

I don’t like having people just sitting there with me in the hospital either, I like to suffer in peace.
That's a fear of mine. I really do not want a catheter I know it is a big possibility though. :(
danielswlsjourney RNY yeah totally but it was still worth it lol.
