In my recollection I and my 7 siblings were also bruised most of the time with no abuse at all. This happens when the children do not sit on their butts watching tv. all day.

Listen…it was 4 of us…every day somebody had something…a bruise…a cut…a sprain….my parents couldn’t watch us 24/7, they worked. If she’s a single mother, she’s got to juggle 20 different things once every single minute of the day…maybe she’s cooking when there is an injury…the injuries were not life threatening and there was a case open about it and the courts ruled that nothing abusive is going on. Judge Judy is very intelligent and fair about child custody especially regarding abuse. She dealt with that for decades when she was a judge. She knew that there wasn’t anything funny going on. She made the right decision

@ It’s what he did. She told him in March that she was going to enroll him in school and in April he brought out the pictures he took in December to show his concert. He made himself look like he was vindictive because he waited 4 whole months. Then there’s the fact he isn’t paying child support at all but he wants to pay for private school?? Make it make sense. Judge Judy is a very phenomenal fact finder, and when she got all the facts of this case…well it didn’t bode well for him.
@@jobuck879 he was going by the advice of his attorney, which no evidence of him not providing said pictures to his attorney in Decemeber. His attorney decides when to file the case and the court system decides their court date. Also any child support that doesn't go through the court system doesn't count towards child support, so he is absolutely correct in that regard. You don't ever hand it directly to the other parent, you either pay for stuff directly for the child or you submit it through the court system. Judge Judy also has stated this aspect in more recent episodes.
