I tried Cuba libre with both Coca Cola and Pepsi I think it’s better with Pepsi and my choice of rum is Bacardi not Havana club.

Light, Dark or Spiced Rums are all valid choices for a Cuba Libre. Beware of flavored rums though.

Havana Club 3 is a much better rum than Bacardi Gold though. If you want to use a Bacardi equivalent, go for the Bacardi 4 Years instead.
