Hi. Thanks for the tour. I had the 28' Majestic. I lived in her for 5 years, and loved it. I sold her last September and actually bought a 25' Leisure Travel Van. The fuel mileage is much better. Wow, this has been so inspiring. 71, cool. I’ve been back n forth on the timing of getting my RV for several years. I 1st looked at and put on my dream/wish list a Coachman SportsCoach RV. I did a lot of cross country traveling and hotel stays for business, family, etc and wanted to get one. Then I wasn’t road traveling as much. Fast forward, thought the dream/desire was gone till I had to drive from Southwest to east coast a few yrs back, solo. Like riding a bike, it was still there. I’ve been working on getting a truck and found myself in the midst of yet another move. The thought of RV &/or Mobile home living came back up. So I’m looking into these options once again. Coming across these TH-cam videos has been very interesting & inspiring. Especially from the gracefully aged lady travelers like myself. And younger. Thank you ladies. Nice job! My wife and I have a 23’ Navion and love “living small” for the weeks and months we travel in it. You have identified how thoughtful personal touches can greatly add to your physical and emotional comfort. It’s an easy lifestyle to drift into and one that can produce a sense of freedom not easily attained by any other means. I absolutely love, love, love the screen door. I've watched many rv's and vans; a desire for me is to be able to enjoy the fresh air without every flying cootie in my face!! The bathroom is perfect, but I too enjoy sponge baths. Happy trails, m'lady!!

All while doing this in the desert heat. It took longer than expected but it looks great and I cant wait to show you! How nice! My husband and I travel for months at a time (when there’s not a pandemic!) in our Four Winds 22e class C so I can appreciate the small size of your rig......in my opinion it’s perfect for one person! Safe travels and looking forward to more videos.

Perfect size camper/home, love it! BTW, when you upgrade to ceiling fan, didn't know if you are aware, but they make one with forward and reverse. Would be especially nice right over the bed

Claire Mai I grew up in a family of 8 who never wore shoes in the house. I raised my family the same way (I am 62 now) and none of my friends or their children wear shoes in their homes. Most people I know have signs outside saying “shoes off”...😊. I don’t know about back east.... maybe it’s a “west coast” thing.(?)
Alot of American's I know opt to go shoeless inside the home. We can atleast have slippers for those who want to use them. I like using them since I am a senior now; feet hurt on hard floors. 🌟💞🤗💞🌟

Hi Vanna Mae. I really loved the tour. You have a beautiful home. My husband and I have a vintage 1974 Dodge Sportsman. It is really his “man cave” but when I do travel with him, I just love to take a sponge bath! We only carry bottled water, so we heat in on the stove and put it in the sink to create that sauna effect. I agree with you , it is really wonderful. Good luck with everything.
I like the tour; a few things I look for are: can the person stand up inside, does it have a toilet and shower, do you have to move a bunch of things just to get to ONE thing. Also, you have more food than most people that I've seen who've done these tours. Excellent. One last thing (maybe I didn't catch it earlier): are you living in it full-time? I noticed that you didn't have it in an isolated area-I just wondered if it was a second home.
Thank you. I love food lol always got to keep the pantry full :) This is my main home. Im staying on private land. With the pandemic, my plans have changed and I have been a part time which has given me time to do RV renovations. I stay in BLM land as well. It's been nice to have flexibility.
Nice video and nice little unit. You need to run your generator once a month with a load on it, like running your AC or your electric water heater. If not, the generator will be ruined by gas gumming up the carburetor and corrosion on the generator's windings. It is $6k to replace the generator. When you decide to sell the RV, you want to have a working generator. Since you don't plan on using your generator often, change the oil with full synthetic. Full synthetic will not break down over time like dino oil.

Just came across your video and love your new tiny home. Looks perfect for 1 person. I’m in the dreaming phase of 1 day being able to hit the road as well and felt we have a lot in common. I would also opt for a composting toilet, your idea of looking at things that make you happy (coffee/tea maker) makes sense as well. I wouldn’t want any shoes in my living space either, sponge baths work great when trying to boondock, etc. Looking forward to more of your videos, you seem such a kindred spirit! Great RV! Here's an easy way to add a shelf to an RV storage space using aluminum L-channel and tape. The tape can be washable nano tape if you want to be able to remove and adjust it, 3M VHB tape if you want a super-strong permanent bond. Me, Mr. Oh-I-should-have-thought-about-that, I'd try nano tape first. Aluminum L-channel is easy to cut with a hack saw, and the tape holds the L-channel to the sides and back of the storage area without drilling any holes, to make the shelf support. The actual shelf can be plywood or anything else that's stiff enough -- wire rack shelving, boards, etc. Thanks for making the video.

AA Major. I have an older 19’ 6” Tioga Montana. It has an oven, but I use it mostly for storage. I love baking but don’t find it practical in the small space. Always there are trade offs in Fulltiming. Been doing it 4 years. Good luck. Dave B

When you can, change the outside locks. They are common and the same on all rvs. if it is a CH751 they are used in every rv made.

How nice! My husband and I travel for months at a time (when there’s not a pandemic!) in our Four Winds 22e class C so I can appreciate the small size of your rig......in my opinion it’s perfect for one person! Safe travels and looking forward to more videos.
I agree Bette. One person it's perfect. It's okay if one person visits but living fulltime with two people might be a little too cramped.

Perfect size camper/home, love it! BTW, when you upgrade to ceiling fan, didn't know if you are aware, but they make one with forward and reverse. Would be especially nice right over the bed
Hey. Thanks for the comment. Yes I got a fantastic fan with the reverse. It makes such a difference. I used it this morning when I wake up, its Fan-tastic lol!
I’m a black women and have been binging RV builds and tours for the past 3 weeks. It wasn’t until this video that I realized I’ve yet to see another sister on the TH-cam scene other than Janelle the viral girl. We love to see it 💞

Claire Mai I grew up in a family of 8 who never wore shoes in the house. I raised my family the same way (I am 62 now) and none of my friends or their children wear shoes in their homes. Most people I know have signs outside saying “shoes off”...😊. I don’t know about back east.... maybe it’s a “west coast” thing.(?)

Alot of American's I know opt to go shoeless inside the home. We can atleast have slippers for those who want to use them. I like using them since I am a senior now; feet hurt on hard floors. 🌟💞🤗💞🌟
It's a "Down South" thing of no shoes inside the home, too. 🌟💕😉💕🌟

Hi Vanna Mae. I really loved the tour. You have a beautiful home. My husband and I have a vintage 1974 Dodge Sportsman. It is really his “man cave” but when I do travel with him, I just love to take a sponge bath! We only carry bottled water, so we heat in on the stove and put it in the sink to create that sauna effect. I agree with you , it is really wonderful. Good luck with everything.

I like the tour; a few things I look for are: can the person stand up inside, does it have a toilet and shower, do you have to move a bunch of things just to get to ONE thing.
Also, you have more food than most people that I've seen who've done these tours. Excellent.
One last thing (maybe I didn't catch it earlier): are you living in it full-time? I noticed that you didn't have it in an isolated area-I just wondered if it was a second home.

This is my main home. Im staying on private land. With the pandemic, my plans have changed and I have been a part time which has given me time to do RV renovations. I stay in BLM land as well. It's been nice to have flexibility.

You need to run your generator once a month with a load on it, like running your AC or your electric water heater. If not, the generator will be ruined by gas gumming up the carburetor and corrosion on the generator's windings. It is $6k to replace the generator. When you decide to sell the RV, you want to have a working generator. Since you don't plan on using your generator often, change the oil with full synthetic. Full synthetic will not break down over time like dino oil.

Hi stumbled upon your video.....I am so fascinated by this lifestyle....as an African American middle age woman I have thought could I do this...but in the meantime I enjoy looking at videos. I love your rig and the size...looks easy to drive and park....how is it on gas milage...and what year is your rig. thanks..and you can tell how much you love your home its very nice!
Just came across your video and love your new tiny home. Looks perfect for 1 person. I’m in the dreaming phase of 1 day being able to hit the road as well and felt we have a lot in common. I would also opt for a composting toilet, your idea of looking at things that make you happy (coffee/tea maker) makes sense as well. I wouldn’t want any shoes in my living space either, sponge baths work great when trying to boondock, etc. Looking forward to more of your videos, you seem such a kindred spirit! Great RV! Here's an easy way to add a shelf to an RV storage space using aluminum L-channel and tape. The tape can be washable nano tape if you want to be able to remove and adjust it, 3M VHB tape if you want a super-strong permanent bond. Me, Mr. Oh-I-should-have-thought-about-that, I'd try nano tape first. Aluminum L-channel is easy to cut with a hack saw, and the tape holds the L-channel to the sides and back of the storage area without drilling any holes, to make the shelf support. The actual shelf can be plywood or anything else that's stiff enough -- wire rack shelving, boards, etc. Thanks for making the video.

I like the size of your Rv small carbon foot print!Oh when you replace the vent with a fan look into the maxx cover fan that can run while it’s raining with no water able to get in and I think you can also drive while it’s running.Be safe and take care.

AA Major. I have an older 19’ 6” Tioga Montana. It has an oven, but I use it mostly for storage. I love baking but don’t find it practical in the small space. Always there are trade offs in Fulltiming. Been doing it 4 years. Good luck. Dave B
Oh, I am with u on that one, an Oven is a MUST HAVE for me! Don't know about the wet bath either, but it's a cute roomy RV and she has a winning personality.
