My journey with the P100s has been so back and forth. I ordered it a year ago, the first unit I received didn't even turn on, so it went back. My second one worked fine until the fender came flying off one day about a couple weeks before that part was out of warranty. Segway told me they had no replacement fenders, even though I was still under warranty. Then not too long after that, my scooter stopped charging. I even bought a new cord with no luck. Segway let me send it back to them and they fixed whatever the issue was, I even threw the fender into the box and they actually put it back on for me. I did appreciate that. Granted that didn't fix things completely because the little pegs that hold the fender into the tension bar are straight up missing. So I've had to constantly readjust the fender and tighten everything over and over again. Super fun. Plus, They packaged it so poorly on the way back to me, that one of my blinkers broke off. I had to fix it with some good glue and a replacement of a missing screw. I have finally found and ordered a new fender off of aliexpress, funny how Segway themselves don't have the part, but China does. I have recently finished my monthly payments (through Amazon) and why not face more issues. The rear disc brake is warped, probably due to all the issues from said fender.
I’ve been having serious problems with my p100 s the break keeps rubbing on disc break 😢 makes me go very slow and overheats the unit , my back rear fender/ rain guard fell off while riding and I can’t find it😢 Segway said no replacement available 🤨
Had they simmilar issue. Fender got Loose and brakes change geometry under load. So I now adjust brakes only under load, as position of brakes calipper changes without load on scooter.
The issue is that fender is too long, and after you hit a curb riding down from curb with all the weight, you deform whole rear axle. Brakes missalign, rear wheel got loose as well as fender.
On G30 fender was shorter so it never happened. This is a design flaw.
Also witha disk brake, after fall it got bent. If you have a similar issue when it rubbes only at certain spot, use any power tools to straighten the disk. It takes a lot of force, so don't be scared that you overdo bending the disk.

rear fender is a big dissapointment
The mudguard model for the P100SE that you showcased in your video no longer exists. The one found on your website is a model with additional metal tips on the right and left that are impossible to fit together. I can't find the original mudguard anywhere anymore.

Rear fender on early models is designed horribly, and support hasn’t been helpful, have been waiting on a new fender for nearly 8 months now
