Individuelle Schichtung mit HeraCeram Zirkonia 750 (DE)

Die niedrige Brenntemperatur von 750°C gewährleistet auch bei Gerüstwerkstoffen mit einer geringeren Warmfestigkeit eine sichere Weiterverarbeitung ohne Gerüstverzüge.
Die neue Verblendkeramik ist auf Gerüstwerkstoffe mit einem Wärmeausdehnungskoeffizienten (WAK) von 10,2 bis 10,5 μm/mK abgestimmt und eignet sich damit ideal zum Verblenden von Gerüsten aus Zirkondioxid und Lithium-Disilikat. Und wie bei allen unseren Keramiken gibt die stabilisierte Leuzit-Struktur (SLS) auch bei HeraCeram Zirkonia 750 einen höheren Schutz vor Risswachstum und Chipping- für höchste Sicherheit in der Keramikverblendung

We recommend using Modeling Liquid ML or MLS (slow - for big bridges) to mix the ceramics. It is important to never mix ceramics again, after it has dried out from the day before. Otherwise the risk of getting bubbles is very high.
