Hey Drew, this might sound kind of weird but you are literally one of the most helpful people on the internet for me. I am a 14 year old kid thats always had a passion for cars, I got the passion from my dad and I've had it since birth, It's simply in our blood. At the age of 3, my dad passed away from cancer. I never got to grow up with a dad to teach me about anything, especially cars. When I found your channel a few years ago, you were the first person to ever teach me the difference between a true car and a ricer. You might think that the stuff you say about peoples cars doesn't matter and that it's just jokes, but to me it was always informational. For that I am so thankful that you still make hilarious content and have taught me a thing or two. Never stop the grind and keep going, your content is better than ever.

Had to pause at the hellcat 300. Looked it up. Apparently, there's a guy who has customers on a wait list to swap them, but it's hard to find doner cars, especially because stelantis is stopping production of the hellcat engine soon.

Hey Drew I noticed you always have trouble telling a Mazdaspeed3 apart from s regular 3. All Mazdaspeed3s are hatchback, so no sedans. But the best way to tell is if the grille is attached to the hood, it's a regular 3, if the grille stays on the bumper, it's a Mazdaspeed.
And the wing sticks out more on the speed 3 than the regular 3
I would have to agree that the 13-14 GT500 is the best year. And it's amazing how easily these cars make a ton of power. Literally just a pulley, intake, and tune and I'm at 800 wheel. Also, wish you had gone and looked at that Boss 302R. Those are extremely rare
IMO the 13-14 pulley, vmp69, and Venomous Tune and cars done. Mechanical limits reached do not pass go.. I do like the ass better then all others (can do a swap in a few hours and 800 bucks or so) but I went with my 12 specifically cause I could wrench on it and make it my own. (776/711rw). After 2 hours of lvl 1 wrenching on at 13-14 and your left with cosmetics and suspension enhancement. I'm sure we can both agree getting the suspension on par takes more then 2 hours and 2 parts lol... Just slide up under ours and everything you see needs to be upgraded lol...
@@dennismartin1256 yeah, I have a 2.4 pulley, VMP twin 67 TB, JLT intake, and a mild E85 tune and I'm 797/774rw, with the only reason I stopped there being the rods and oil pump gears. As far as the suspension, there really isn't a whole lot that needs to be done to the 13-14 suspensions unless you want to go full racecar. Although I'm building a second 5.8 to make around 1300-1400 wheel to put in it

The car meets at night are a hit or miss , I’ve been pulling up to some meets that have been very respectful, very chill, no burn outs or revs , but yes this is the case for most socal meets , it sucks , I feel like it all depends what night you go to , &who’s car meet

Zr1 is good if you’re gonna garage keep it or build it for drag, otherwise you should get a zo6 or base with mods

That cold start wasn't that loud. You should hear my 2007 5.9 Cummins cold start on a -30 morning in Montana. That is a loud that will rattle your soul.

Having owned both, I'd take the GT500 all day every day over the Termi. It's just so much nicer, easier to drive, more comfortable, and easier to make even faster

Hey Drew, love the content! If you go with a c6 go zr1, but if you go c7 do the Z06 bc they are bulletproof with the supercharged 3LZ and have unlimited aftermarket support from cams to drivetrains
Grew up in Chicago, bought a house in the burbs. Car meets really degraded here. It used to be so neat to see the cars, recently we got banned off most cars and coffee spots since we have idiots here. Really sucks when these ricers or headass guys flexing jack shyte doing dumb stuff. Hopefully it gets better soon, really miss cars and coffee in my area. Love what you did with the stang though
I’m with you on the C6 Z06 or a 2013ish GT 500. I’m looking at those, along with Camaro ZL1’s. I’m in no rush, as car prices will go down for all of these. Love the Mustang’s airflow and cooling upgrades!
The 13-14 GT500s prices aren't coming down, and probably won't. So if you find a good deal for one, get it, because these cars just appreciate over time
