I begin to pay attention to my body when I would use certain products that had titles like “w/ argan oil” or “w/ ____” and began to realize which products I was having irritation with and wasn’t!
I did also have an allergy test when I was younger to determine my more serious allergies though!

Basically lol, and I honestly don’t have a set routine anymore because I’m in the process of trying new products to really tend to my scalp health!
