    i'm an old 3rd kyu who got back to Karate with my 6 years old son a couple of months ago. i'm trying to commit to training, if only a little, almost every day of the week. I cannot tell you how invaluable your content has been for my training so far. I do sessions at home using your content alongside my sessions at the dojo.
    This workout was pretty challenging for me especially during the kicking routine. My transition to kokutsu dashi and mae ashi mae geri was pretty rough. It's good to know i have a lot of work to do on this.

      Hi Yannick, that’s so great to hear! We are so happy that you have found a way back to training, and that your son even played a role there. Sharing karate with your family is a fun thing. Our kids just started training and it’s been cool to see.
      Keep up your training, and you will see the improvements over time. We will try to keep posting and share more trainings when we can.

    Great to see you 2 again, getting over a cold, got it while flying to and from Florida to visit family back on the week of the 4th, but it's gone now, it makes training a pain in the ass, you're coughing, body is run down, it's just a pain in the ass, but I went to the gym yesterday and was ok, the end was a little tough but I managed.

      Hi! We’re glad that it sounds like you’re on the mend. Training with a cold is the worst. We’ve been there. Take care!

    Will you do a workout to improve the power and speed of the shots in karate?

    How many times a week do you suggest me to repeat this workout? 🙂

    • @KarateTraining
      @KarateTraining  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      As many as you can handle!
      Well, it’s probably best to try different workouts from our channel each day, but go up to 6 days per week. Always give yourself at least one off day per week. 2-3 times per week is good to keep you going, more than that to see bigger improvement.
