Qatar Airways is also famous for the Boeing 777, together with its 2 airline pals the Emirates airline and the Etihad Airways, flying to Europe, the Far East, Africa, North America and Oceania. The 777 of Qatar Airways was painted with all the grey colour on the whole aircraft, and the Violet deer with silver horizontal stripes, which was seen on its tail and the 2 engines. ✈️✈️✈️✈️

Great catches and pretty good to be able to say the world's longest flight ran through Melbourne for two days :P haha. I think the 200LR is my favourite iteration of the 777.

How unexpected of Qatar Airways Auckland flights to divert to Melbourne. I wonder of the fuel shortage in Auckland is due to industrial action. If so that explains why Qatar Airways didn't get the fuel it needed to run their nonstop flights.
And by the way, I can actually see QR921 fly directly above my house in Kuala Lumpur at cruising altitude but only on super clear days like tonight! :)
