The rules at Liberty aren’t all that. It’s literally just asking students to behave the way Christians are told to in the Bible. Went there and literally never even thought about them. Only rule I didn’t like was the curfew.
It is a sin. Getting drunk is considered gluttony which is a deadly sin. Drinking a small glass of alcohol is perfectly fine but drinking to get drunk is a sin.
Rated R movies aren’t against school policy per se. It’s not super well defined since it’s an honor code, but you’re supposed to use your own judgment whether the movie is against the policy. People are acting so horrified that grown adults agreed to live in a certain way for four years. The school isn’t saying drinking is a sin, just that you have to agree not to do it to go to the school. Since most students are under 21 when they enroll, it’s not really hard to follow. Just wait an extra year and a half until you graduate to start drinking. It makes campus safer and people are more likely to get their work done/handle their finances better/don’t have to deal with addictions, etc. Liberty students are so full of love. "Getting drunk is a sin"
MA'AM. JESUS LITERALLY TURNED WATER TO WINE.
bro that third girl must be so hated by the rest lmao, just gathering from the fact she's getting married specifically to have sex and essentially admitted she drinks with that "just so i don't get expelled" n that's not me hating either lol, she's the only one in this video that feels like a normal human being
Jesus bruh.. I can’t imagine being this uptight let loose you’re young once..
Amazing. These kids are managing to continue being sheltered well into their 20s. That’s no small feat.
"Oh no, they have structure, don't do destructive things like drink or watch porn, and they dress modestly! The horror!"
Liberty sounds like the worst lol
we know they all be lying for the camera👀
We all know your grammar BE ghetto.
Dude, you're gonna get that one girl in trouble. LOL
He said drink not powder 💀💀💀
Belief in a literal Hell is the ultimate perversion.
Dude what school is so strict that you can't admit to watching R movies??
Good to see the one minority student. Shows LU embraces diversity. 😵💫
DONT U DARE DRINK THAT KOOLAID MY MAN ITS NOT A GOOD PARTY DRINK
I love this
I'd just like to point out that strict rules create the BEST liars. Look at all these kids giving their fake answers while everyone giggles and knows it's all open lies. What god does this serve? Better to let your kids explore safely and ethically.
I agree, this is shitty place for a kid to be “educated”, but my older brother goes to liberty and I can confidently tell you, they are not lying. They are like this fr.
those students have a lot of liberty
A caffeinated beverage? Common sinner
They are not Mormons.
@@cornelkittell9926 Mormons are allowed to drink "cold" caffeinated beverages, just not coffee and tea because it says so in the Book of Mormon (the religious text, not the musical).
@@jayfrank1913 That must be new. Back when I had Mormon friends they said they couldn't drink Coke because it was caffeinated.
If getting drunk is a sin, I AM FUCKKEDDDDD
Being engaged in college is wild
The girl with the pajama pants said, "I'm engaged no dress code applies to me"
I love that it’s called “Liberty” university but you have significantly less liberties than most other colleges 😂
You have the liberty to leave the university whenever you want. Do you believe having the freedom to be a degener@te like most universities allow doesn't put you in a sinful cage of it's own?
@@dogrum1Bro thinks wearing sweatpants is a “sinful cage” 💀💀
@@maxwellmaxwell3042 Bro is scared of a few simple rules in a University people voluntarily go to.
Imagine telling grown ass adults they can’t watch a rated R movie…
These students are miles ahead of all other college students. Kudos to the organization for fostering the development young men and women with high moral character. Much needed.
And it’s called “liberty” university 🤙
Anyone who was a slave to some substance or harmful behavior, but has been set free from it, understands what liberty truly means and it's the opposite of hedonism and debauchery.
Free speech is permissible, other schools, you must be a communist or a socialist democrat.
ok grandma
*hmmm… how do I not get in trouble* I KNOW! I’M A COKE ADDICT!
"what's your favorite party drink?" "Kool aid" LOL
The Reverend Jim Jones approves. 😂😂😂
"IBGI Girl" is worth waiting for!!
I would be jealous but jealousy is a sin so I'd rather not jealous.
Liberty students are truly liberated.
Liberated in that they don’t have liberties to wear clothes that they want to class and have mandatory Bible study
@@tylerguzinski6772that’s the joke tyler
@@eebbaa5560 Thats not a joke. That is a explanation of this situation. That is what this is.
@@CatgirlExplise6039 i don’t think either of you understand sarcasm cat girl
The rules at Liberty aren’t all that. It’s literally just asking students to behave the way Christians are told to in the Bible. Went there and literally never even thought about them. Only rule I didn’t like was the curfew.
I enjoy the replies of Liberty students
Bruh getting drunk is not a sin Jesus drank at weddings for 3 days straight
It is a sin. Getting drunk is considered gluttony which is a deadly sin. Drinking a small glass of alcohol is perfectly fine but drinking to get drunk is a sin.
drinking alcohol is fine (jesus did turn water into wine) but drunkenness is not
Where in the Bible does it say that? 😭 I wanna know
@@konivez_ it’s Galatians 5:19-21 :)
@@I.heart.starz2719 Oh no, I know this verse. I was asking where in the Bible it says Jesus drank at weddings for 3 days straight 😭 but thank you!
A true holy war whenever Liberty Bibberty plays BYU.
People just want an excuse to look down on people who are different from them.
I literally live by this school, love her silent sky sweatshirt
kool aid
I guess we all can't "Palestinian Protestors" with an Ukraine Flag in our bios.... I dare you say Tran-Woman are just men in dresses...
Huh. Its like one giant church youthgroup where you pretend not to know what alcohol is or that you don't have a favorite horror movie. Also, the students getting engaged super fast is somehow fitting.
It's so frustrating seeing people my age getting engaged while in college. Like no need to rub it in for us single fucks!
They'll be divorced or miserable in 15 years.
One time when there was a dollar theater next to Liberty (its now a trampoline park), and I went to a R rated movie because I went to Lynchburg College and we didn't have rules.... and right before it started a LU professor busts into the theater and says "All LU students get up and leave now! Viewing rated R movies will get you demerits" and I kid you not, a bunch of people actually got up and left.
People are gonna clown them but this is a healthy environment tbh
What, being controlled and having no freedom?
@@darkriku12I'm not sure who lied to you but that's not whats going on here. These students are agreeing to abide by a set of rules when they enroll and can largely do whatever they want. Just because its not a campus filled with debauchery doesnt mean theyre in some sort of concentration camp.
Sure the gay kids agree
@@solereeper3955 you do know that they’re still doing most of those things right? They’re just sneakier about it. Or finding weird “loopholes”, ever heard of the outbreak of crabs at BYU? That was specifically in the _armpits?_ Or perhaps you’ve heard of _soaking?_
@@elliee884 Yes I am aware. But the fact that this behavior is not encouraged is isnt a problem in my eyes. At the end of the day college kids will be college kids.
These kids will be just fine 😊
