    Two things make this Casio stand out .The mesh strap and its thiness .The amber light , is also nice , but not outstanding

    These knitted bracelets are good because the other and non-knitted bracelets attract the hairs on the wrist, which is painful.

    I purchased this watch a few months ago here in the UK and it's really an excellent watch. I haven't any problem with the bracelet size and it fits perfectly on my small wrist. Casio have certainly done a good job with this watch and I would recommend it to anyone. Being a unisex watch it would be great for women also. It is larger than an F91 but is also slimmer at only 6mm thickness. The display is very crisp and clear.

    I bought this watch today. They are so stylish and simple! Also backlight is LED, but it lights entire display with yellow-orange light, so you can see everything without problems. Also many sources tell that this watch has acrylic window, this not true. I tried to scratch it with metall needle, the window is made of true glass and scratch-resistant.

    6.25 inch wrist here. Love the watch, love the monochromatic look, love how slim it is, love the look of the milanese bracelet. But it sits really shitty on the wrist, thought about cutting a bit of the milanese end or let that a jewelry smiths do the cut.

      I never thought about cutting a Milanese band. Interesting question. Probably not something you want to start fooling around with if you don't know how to terminate woven metal at an almost microscopic level. I know if it was me, knowing precisely zero about how those kinds of bracelets are woven and terminated, I wouldn't do it. But that's just me.

    • @GFWatch
      @GFWatch  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It takes 18mm band. I find that a grey leather suits it nicely.

    • @sped6954
      @sped6954 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Be careful about buying bands for Casio watches. If you've ever looked closely at their bands, they all start out with a small lug to lug distance, usually 18mm, then they immediately flare out wider to around 20mm to 22mm for their small watches, then they gradually taper back down, sometimes as narrow as 15mm. If you buy a band that is just straight, you're going to hate it, and regardless of whatever you try to convince yourself of to justify the expenditure, it is still going to be butt-ugly, because Casio watches look like shit when you put straight bands on them. This is because the lugs always end up protruding too far down past the beginning of the band and because of the way that Casio incorporates the shape of the lugs into the housing.

      Same size as my wrist. I prefer a tight fit and there are still four (4) adjustment lines left, making it possible to adjust for even smaller wrists. In another video there's a guy with a 6.25 inch wrist and it fits him too. And in this video, it fits a 6 inch wrist.
      Probably the minimum wrist size for this mesh bracelet, although there is a comment here saying you can adjust, with a little force, beyond the adjustment lines for sub 6 inch wrists. I can't confirm that, but obviously some one did just that.

    I'd like to know when men's wrist sizes got to be so small. I keep seeing comments like "my wrist size is 6.25 or 6 or 6.5". When did this happen? Seriously. I just wrapped a sewing tape measure around my wrist, and it's 7.75" in circumference. If I pull it really, really tight, like tight enough to dig into my skin and leave a mark after just a few seconds, I can get that number down to 7.5", but there's a slight degree of almost pain but not quite; more like a high level of discomfort. And I'm not all that big of a person either. I'm 6' tall and weigh a shade over 200 lbs, so it's not like I'm an overly big person. If I try to wear something like the F-91, I'm way down at the 2nd to 3rd hole from the end of the band, depending on temperature, but either way, I'm just barely capturing the end of the band in the keeper. I've never checked the actual number, but I've always thought that I had pretty small wrists.
